Monthly check in's, well organized, you have access to every transaction, and they handle all creditors and court situations. It's all part of the program. I am completely satisfied with their service and it's been 2 years so far working with them.

These guys are great! They've been patient and held our hands through this every step of the way. They told us not to expect instant results but down the road my credit would be restored to good standing and now it is! They did exactly what they said they were going to do! And they set the expectations such that it wasn't pie in the sky but we got there!

The account closures are much slower than I was led to believe. I believe that we are still on track to close all five before the year is up. They have been very open and helpful with all of my questions and concerns.
