The company has problems returning…
The company has problems returning unused funds when the account is cancelled or all debt is paid off. I have been trying for two weeks to get an ACH or check for what was left over in my account. I keep getting the runaround and placed on hold. Supervisors will not talk to me, just relay messages to the operator. Poor Customer Service!!!

Guardian successfully settled thousands of dollars of your debt at steep discounts, delivering meaningful results. Following the closure of your account, your dedicated savings account was closed in a timely manner, and we can see that the remaining funds were already released via ACH.
Any delay in the receipt of those funds would be handled by Forth Pay, the independent administrator of the savings account, as all withdrawals are scheduled and processed through them—not directly by Guardian. Our supervisory staff also made multiple attempts to reach you by phone to review the status and assist with the process, but those calls were not returned.
We remain happy to help coordinate with Forth and clarify any remaining questions if you choose to connect with us directly.
