After 2 workmen went into the loft area…

After 2 workmen went into the loft area of our building the communal tv aerial ceased to work. Our estates manager phoned this in as a 24 hr emergency as thge affects the tv sets in all the flats in our bulding, as we are not getting a tv signal. This was phoned in on the21st. we have been told that an engineer has been out to asses the situation. But we cannot say that we have seen one to this point. We have again spoken to the repairs desk who have again put it out as a 24 hour call out. We wait to see. inthe mewantime we have no tv

The call centre staff answering the…

The call centre staff answering the phone are always very friendly, warm and helpful which makes reporting issues easy and stress-free. Communication is excellent and you know you don't have to worry about repairs getting sorted out.

In contacting Guiness trust

In contacting Guiness trust, I can honestly say although getting through to speak, took a little while waiting. When i did so, my query was delt with by Habib (also as i am writing this review the same to Chris also at the trust) who was very helpful giving futher contact information dealing with a delicate situation. Very polite/professional.

I had a quite complex query

I had a quite complex query. The Lady on the phone did her best but it had to be referred to a different department for a call back.

The lady I spoke to was very pleasant & polite and had such a summery voice that I didn't mind that she couldn't answer my query directly.
