Well am giving this poor rating because I order 2 items. One came with no problem however the other order #1722 tracking number 9400111298370558035478 NEVER WAS DELIVERED. I wrote 3 email that I never received the Tactical short barrel shotgun scabbard holster that I paid $30+ for… and no one reply back… Just very bad service….

Never received the item. Attempted to call the phone number and it stays busy. I have sent two e-mails for customer support to advise the item I ordered was never received. No response from gun gear depot.
I have since received a full refund for the item which was never received. I am appreciative of the action taken; however, the phone number should be operative (no busy signal) and the customer support e-mail should be monitored to avoid this lengthy scenario in the future.
