Using Guni was very simple and straight forward from upload my contact list and templates to sending out our text campaign to existing customers. Online support was also available and able to answer questions that arose during the process. I would recommend this platform as it made the process of moving my client list easy and time-efficient. Also love that I can send campaigns using my business number and not a generic number. Thanks Guni.

We had some difficulty sending a bulk of SMS to members, and I was assisted by Kapil immediately. He checked what happened, and when things were still not going well from my end, I requested Guni to schedule sending out bulk SMS at certain hours. They did great! Fantastic Guni Team!
