This is the BEST service I have had in 18 years of media business. I have been with Guru for 3 years and I have called for help a few times over the years and I always speak to someone in the UK and the service is AMAZING!!! Use the guys if you need a great Hosting company with great service.

GURU are a great UK company to host with. Today I made a mistake on a couple of our wordpress installations and GURU were able to get the issues resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you Ricky, Ivan and the rest of the team for your help today.

Always helpful support and a willingness to fix any mess I've made of my sites! The 'gurus' at Guru really know their stuff and are there to help. They've solved a lot of headscratchers for me over the years. 100% recommend. This time, George has been an absolute legend.

The Guru Support team were such a great help to me recently with questions I kept pinging them relating to my website updates & what things are! I can't praise Guru highly enough. Their support is second to none. They always answer the phone in under a minute and are super competent and helpful. Being in tech myself, I understand how great this service is. Guru aren't the cheapest hosts out there, but when stuff goes wrong you will save hours of your time because you chose them.

I contacted support over non-receipt of emails and was promptly asked what I needed. I detailed my needs and an hour later I received a detailed explanation of what I needed to do. Every email responded to by support, almost by return, with comprehensive answers that professionally dealt with my queries. Frankly this has been a perfect interaction, if only other support desks were as professional.

Guru support is astonishing; I have had friendly, respectful responses, often within 10-20 minutes of submitting a problem, 24/7 as far as I can tell. I host a package of 10 sites: the quality of support alone makes them the obvious choice for a web-manager like me.

We needed help with two complex migrations, the Guru team responded very quickly and helped us get both sites over the line within a very tight time frame. They were understanding when new information came to light, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Whether it's migrations or other services, they are always quick, helpful and professional.

The Guru support team always do their best to help us out and are usually very quick to answer. We have been with guru for several years now and have always found the support team very knowledgable and helpful.

The service and accounts department are very fast acting. They always helped me with any problems i had.

I have been very happy with the service I have received from Guru. Help requests are replied to in minutes rather than hours and they have always been able to resolve issues, that are often due to my own lack of experience, without making me feel stupid.

I have had my managed VPS server with GURU for several years now, and their servers and support are 2nd to none. No matter what I throw at their support team, they always come back with a prompt response and either solve my issues or provide great advice. It was the best move I made, moving my hosting to GURU, and I can't recommend them enough.
