Very well organised. Booked taxis from Manchester city centre hotel to Co-op Live and return for concert. Taxis were bang on time and pick-up points relayed by text and confirmed by driver by phone on arrival. Can't fault the service.

We have used Guru Travel to book 4 holidays and Paul's advice has been really helpful. We have just returned from 14 nights at Sandals St Vincent. The resort is wonderful. Paul's advice on the booking got us a great deal. Guru had passed on our requests and all had been met. This was the third Caribbean holiday we have booked through Guru and will certainly book future stays there with them.
We have booked a holiday to the Maldives after Paul came up with a great deal. During the booking process we made many changes before finalising the booking. Paul was really knowledgeable and offered alternatives for flights and transfer times as we prefer to have longer layovers than those suggested by the airlines. We are now looking forward to our 'bucket list' holiday.

This is the second holiday we’ve booked through Guru Travel and once again everything was absolutely seamless. This time it was a multi-destination trip with five flights, and every detail was perfectly organised, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! The team always send through the information you need before you even think to ask, which makes the whole experience completely stress-free. We’ll definitely continue booking with them and can’t wait to see where they’ll take us next!

Our first experience using Guru Travel and hopefully won't be the last.

Travelled to Maldives in June for 10 nights, the deal secured was extremely good and the service throughout was equally so, even with the amount of questions and options we explored.

I haven’t yet booked with Guru travel, however, they have been so incredibly helpful with an enquiry. The first company I have encountered who seem genuinely interested in devising the best trip they can for you, instead of maximising their profit from your budget.

Rang travel Guru for quote multiple stop return trip no reply dispute promising returning in a day.I wall not be going back to them.Poor service.

Right from our initial enquiry, the team offered excellent advice for our trip to the Maldives and were extremely accommodating as we made several changes to our trip. Thank you to everyone in the team- we had the holiday of a lifetime! Only problem is how we ever top it!

Amazing service! By far the best travel agency we have been with. Me and my husband were looking to book our honeymoon to the Maldives and wanted to travel business class. Paul was fantastic at finding us the best deal that would suit us. We were first apprehensive about using an agency we have never used before, but we were really glad we did. We were updated every step of the way.

Absolute amazing from start to finish. Paid a lot. But was defo worth it.
Stayed in the Amazing Atlantis Dubai for 3 nights then went to Jawkwara Maldives for 7 nights but could have done with 10 nights. Flew emirates business class for first time( and last coz I cant afford it again) but so so worth it. If you can do it, for most people it will be a once in a lifetime experience. All was perfect and someone from Guru Travel was always at the end of the phone. Amazing company. Will book with them again 100%

Amazing bespoke Dubai trip

I am absolutely delighted with the services of Guru travel. We have used them for a number of holidays but I wanted a bespoke trip for my son’s 21st. Everything was arranged and we got a great price for business flight , half board hotel. We really enjoyed our holiday and didn’t have to worry about a thing as everyone was arranged.

We have just returned from a holiday in Antigua which was fabulous.

We booked through Guru Travel who were amazing from start to finish, I’m a bit of a nightmare when booking holidays however, having Emily sorting everything out was perfect.

I would recommend Guru for all holiday bookings and will be using them from now on.

We have just returned from our dream trip to Dubai and the Maldives. I saw an advert for a trip on Guru’s Facebook page. We booked a call with Emily and thank goodness we did. We explained what we wanted from the holiday and she suggested which hotels to look at and which to avoid and advised us of the special offers available. After a few discussions we went ahead and booked and after that Emily took care of everything.
The whole holiday was seamless and hassle free. Everything was taken care of. Emily had requested an early check in at the hotel in Dubai and somebody met us off the plane in Male which we didn’t expect. We were completely spoilt and the special touches were very gratefully received. The holiday exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend Guru Travel and we are currently in the process of choosing our next holiday with them.

A bit delayed in writing this due to the arrival of our newborn but I wanted to write a review for Guru Travel after a fantastic holiday in Abu Dhabi back in May 2024. We dealt with Emily at the time and she was fantastic in ensuring we got the most competitive deal and capturing all the aspects we were after in our family package. The hotel Rixos Saadiyat Island was absolutely stunning and everything was booked to perfection. Emily was very prompt in coming back to my enquires and looked after us right up until departure, ensuring all documents were received ahead of travelling. We are about to start looking at holidays for a family of 4 for next year and will certainly be in touch to book through you again!

Please please stay away from these people.
I bought a return tickets to travel on Turkish airline at end of my holiday my return flight got canceled i contacted Turkish airline i was told to go to agent whom i bought the ticket.
I contacted travel guru by email and phone number of times but no help after being stranded over a week i had no choice but to buy another ticket to come home.
Then i contacted travel guru to ask refund for my canceled flight again no respond than i got through to some guy in India or Pakistan who asked me for my card details and last 3 digit !!!! at the back of card for refund as though i was some kind of fool so he could empty my account.
I contacted travel guru to complain they promised to come back to me in 72 houres but 10 days later i am still waiting in the end they left me no choice but to apply section 75 an cards.

Recently back from Sandals Grenada, superb holiday and service from the Guru team. So good that we’ve booked again for next year! Can’t Wait!
