Excellent service at Bella italia. Thank you for everything

Just back from Bella Italia staying with Gustocamp. Booking was easy as was paying the balance etc, although you aren’t sent any reminders. On arrival staff were so helpful and knowledgeable we were escorted to our accommodation and explained how to work aircon etc. Accommodation was lovely felt very modern and new and everything was in great working order. It had everything we needed untensils wise but no oven this wasn’t a problem as we mainly used the gas bbq supplied.Decking area was spacious and had 2 seating areas. €100 euro deposit and €60 cleaning fee was a bit steep but at the end of the day We knew this and factored it into holiday price. Great holiday and great service from gustocamp already ready to book for next year!!

Stayed at Union Lido in Italy for 7 days, commencing 28 May.
Caravan had only a hob to cook on, no grill, toaster or microwave.
Double bed had 2 single quilts and the towel package consisted of 4 hand towels (not adequate for showering), no floor may in the shower room.
50 Euro charge for cleaning the caravan on leaving was extortionate for such a small space, especially as we had to leave the van in a clean and tidy state in order to receive a refund on our other 100 Euro deposit.
Union Lido itself was excellent.

Dissapointed 1 small towel in linen pack and no toaster or Iron. Camp staff did lisn us an iron that we were very thankful for.

Brilliant. Booking was efficient and straight forward, the staff on site were friendly and knowledgable and the mobile home was in good order as expected

Check in and out was very easy and the staff were lovely.

Had a great family holiday, one minor point was beds not being made when arriving with a young tired family.
Couriers were so helpful and friendly, thanks guys.

We did not get the mobile homes we booked 12 months before. we traveled 4 families together but was spread all over the campsite.
And then there came 60euro for cleaning even though we had earliy bird booking and there was no charge for cleaning at the time we booked.

Gustocamp were a pleasure to deal with from the time of booking right through to checkout. We stayed in Bella Italia for a week in early May and the reps onsite, Yvonne and Rob, could not have been more helpful, even checking in on us the morning after a bad storm on our first night.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Gustocamp based on our experience of using them.

We had a brilliant time and Gusto never fails to impress me, I really loved having my pillow plumped daily 😉

Fantastic Stay. Very memorable, I could come again, and again. Staff very handy and provide great helping hand whem needed. The hardest part is usually finishing a great holiday, but Gustocamp provided perfect Happy Ending - great job!

Good accomodation, Just OK customer service.

The accomodation was clean and well presented but the check in process was a hassle. We arrived at 8pm, around 2 hours later then planned due to a delayed flight. Someone was their to let us in the accomodation but said they couldn't give is a key as they had been locked away for the night. This meant we couldn't go out for a meal or anything that night because it would have had to leave all of our possesions in the caravan whilst we were not able to lock it. We also had to pay a £100 euro deposit in cash which we wern't aware of, we thought it would just be reserved on a credot card. This meant we had to withdraw more cash as we hadn't bugeted for this and being from the UK we were charged an overseas transation fee and foreign exchange fee. Check in process was much smoother with Eurocamp last year.

We had a fantastic holiday at Park Albatros the staff were very welcoming. The park was amazing!

There were errors in the booking, invoice. At the campsite, we did not feel like customers, but others to serve. At the campsite - no help, no support in any activities.
Poor, very poor Gustocamp service.

We stayed at Park Albatros in July, in one of the new Lounge Deluxe XL mobile homes. In our opinion it is the best accommodation currently available on any site. Booking the holiday was easy. Gustocamp employs mature representatives on site which makes a tremendous difference. AND THE MOBILE HOME WAS CLEAN ON ARRIVAL. Well done Gustocamp! We would definitely book again.

Absoluttly awsome campig Uniom Lido. Service from GustoCamp quite good, but not friendly.
