you should be lucky. Twice the product came (a bit delayed). Once the product didn't come and I got refunded after 2 months.
Bottom line. If you don't care when the product will arrive then you can try and save some money. With my appraise skills I couldn't understand if the item is used or new (some people said that the items are used).

Vorsicht !!!
Ich habe am 29.11.2017 ein Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 9.7 SM-T825 32GB LTE - Schwarz bestellt.
Die Bestellung blieb lange Zeit ohne Reaktion.
Auf meine Anfragen wurde ich vertröstet. Z.zt.wird der Status als Vollständige angezeigt.
Guter Kauf hat dann eine Mail gesendet mit Angabe einer ,Verfolgunsnummer von DPD UK.
Habe zwei Tage später bei DPD nachgefragt.

I am very sorry to hear your parcel has been delayed. i have looked into this for you and can see that we do not yet have this parcel, only the information that we are due to receive one for you. As we are still awaiting the parcel from the sender, I can only advise that you contact the sender of your parcel for further information on when to expect it.
Es hat sich also nichts getan.
