Dear sellers, I purchased the Office product - order V0202509301956136247 and I couldn't access the installation, I couldn't access the key, I couldn't access it through the Microsoft account. GLOBAL-Lifetime keys is not accurate
I purchased a windows GLOBAL-Lifetime key, and after several installations, the key stopped working. I called Microsoft and they validated the key as fraudulent and used too many times on different PC's.

I trusted GVGmall based on the recommendations of YouTubers I follow daily. I legally purchased three codes, all of them advertised as lifetime licenses—one of which was for Office 2019. Well, for whatever reason, Microsoft ended up blocking that code. Naturally, I contacted GVGmall to request a replacement, as it's their responsibility to provide support when a supposedly "lifetime" code stops working.
Their response was exactly what I mentioned in the title. On top of that, they tried to mislead me by offering a 20% discount as compensation for the inconvenience—when in fact, that's the same generic discount currently available to anyone on their website.
This is not a serious company. They falsely advertise their products as lifetime licenses, and when issues arise that are beyond the buyer’s control, they refuse to take responsibility. I will be permanently deleting my account and will not be purchasing anything from them again.
Also, I'm not posting this review from the same email account I used to make the purchase on GVGmall. That's called privacy and security—just in case there are any doubts.

Regarding the “lifetime license” description — this term refers to the intended duration of use under normal conditions. Whether it’s an Office key or another activation key, it can continue to work indefinitely on the same device once successfully activated (as long as the hardware isn’t changed).
