*** I am editing this review because GVGmall contacted me and resolved the issue by offering three Windows Server licences. I am not giving five stars because I had to resort to posting a negative comment to get the issue resolved; they were unable to resolve it via chat.***
It looked like a trustworthy website, but don't trust it. At first, everything went well with the Windows Server licences, but after a while, I can't use the rest of the 5 licences I bought. I only used one, and now I'm having problems with that licence too. I changed the server hardware, and now I get a warning saying that the licence is invalid.
I just want to be able to use the product I purchased (Win Server 2022 Standard Key Global (5PC)), I'm not even asking for a refund, I just want to use what I paid for.
When I contacted them via chat, they only said that after 6 months from the date of purchase they are no longer responsible, even though the European Union warranty for software is two years. I do not recommend purchasing from this store.
