I am unexpectedly really pleased with these pillows. My husband wanted to try them as he said he spent the night chasing his pillow around. I was quite happy with the pillows we had, so did not expect to like them. But I was very wrong! They are so comfy, and I have so much more movement in my neck now, which in turn has assisted the aching I was getting in my shoulders. Both of us love this pillows.

The design concept was not for me. When the back of my head was lying flat in the middle of the pillow there was too much pressure on the back of my head as it felt like the pillow, from the straps mechanism, was pushing upwards. Shame as do appreciate it keeps its plumpness around the neck area. I tried the ‘Like down pillow’. Staff were v friendly on the phone when I sorted out the return process with no quibble.

Tried these for nearly two months to give them the benefit of the doubt I had after a few days. They did not help at all with my sore neck and felt very hard after an hour or two. I had the medium and soft versions but neither was good for me. I called the company and was just told that it was tough as I’d had them over 30 days - and they weren’t interested in any compromise or conversation. Save your money and look elsewhere- ver poor experience.

Superb pillow

I have been looking for a good pillow for a few years since John Lewis discontinued the one I liked. This pillow is wonderful. Big, soft and not lumpy. Brilliant. I bought one to try and was so pleased I bought 2 more last week. One of them had a minor shortcoming and the manufacturer immediately replaced it. You cannot ask better than that.

I'm so pleased with this pillow. For many years I have woken up in the night with excruciating pain in my neck. I've tried other special pillows in the past. This is the best one and so comfortable. Bought a pair of pillows as needed new ones as per usual they lose their plumbers.

These really are the Best ever pillows....yes they are not cheap, but they are amazing value if you get a good night's sleep. My suggestion is just buy and you will see.

Struggling with sleep for a long time so I took plunge and bought Medium/Firm pillow from Gx. I now have a far better experience and actually look forward to going to bed!

I bought 2 pillows and 2pillowcases. They are well worth the money. The pillows really help my husband who lives with a lot of pain . As advised, he sleeps on one side one night and turns to the other side the next night.

Wonderfully comfortable. Supports on right or left side. Lofts well after use. Great design. I hope it lasts!

Having bought loads of pillows over the years I have just purchased two Gx pillows . They are amazing . They keep their shape all the time . Just need to turn them daily and they’re perfect . Excellent buy and a good price .

Bought the back pillow. Use it as a prop in bed when watching tv. So relaxing, I fall asleep!
