First time using GymSets and overall very pleased. Delivery was quick and adjustable dumbell stand is perfect for my 40kg adjustable dumbells.

High quality rubber coated plates as advertised and delivered to schedule

Ordered a “30kg adjustable dumbbell set” which arrived 17 days later than stated. Delivery was already disappointing, but the product itself is worse.

While the plates technically add up to around 29–30kg in total, it is not possible to actually assemble the dumbbells to the advertised 30kg. The maximum usable weight is around 24kg, which is misleading as nowhere is this clearly explained on the product page.

The bar connector is also very flimsy and not suitable for holding the weights securely, which raises concerns about safety and durability.

Customer service has been slow to respond, which only adds to the frustration.

Overall, the product does not match the description and the experience has been poor. I would not recommend buying from this company.

On the other hand, due to an unresponsive customer service team I was able to process a chargeback, allowing me to get the weights for free.

Ordered a 12 metre battle rope at a very good price.

Arrived promptly excellent quality battle rope, service from start to finish was brilliant.

I will definitely be ordering further gym equipment coming back to Gym Sets to get it.

The quality of the trigrip plates is great. I was after smaller sized plates but the specific weights I needed. These fit the bill. Bargain prices and quick delivery. I'll be back when I need more gym gear.

I ordered a set of dumbells. They didn't arrive when specified and it turns out they weren't even in stock. I requested a refund rather than wait but the customer service team became really aggressive, over 4/5 emails just continuously offering me a 15% discount off my next order and go wait until they came in stock, despite me repeatedly asking them to cancel the order and refund me. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to get a refund.

Weights arrived separately but well packaged and undamaged. They have that smell of burnt rubber but apart from that, they’re identical to the ones I use in my gym. Also hats off to Abe and the customer service team at Gymsets. I had the wrong postcode on my order and they managed to sort it out with the courier with no problems.

I purchased the adjustable weights and they arrived on time, well packed, and the weights are fantastic, just as described. Gym Sets even followed up after delivery to check I was satisfied with the product. Great service, highly recommended this product and brand.

I bought a pair of 5kg bumpers on Wed 15th July, paid the extra for fast postage and it they haven't arrived, in fact Evry only got them yesterday so I'll be looking for a charge back on my card and Evry can return them when they eventually arrive, no customer service so very poor.

Luckily I was checking them out before a larger order so I'll order elsewhere.

Highly recommend the reformer Pilates oak machines, great quality, good communication from this company , fast delivery, really chuffed with the quality of this machine it is very well made.

Gymsets is a terrible company. They sent me the wrong product, a power cage with missing parts and a photocopied set of instructions that were incorrect. It took them months to respond properly to my requests. Belatedly, they promised to send the correct equipment. Instead, months later they then sent two further versions of the incorrect equipment despite promising to resolve the issue. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with American Express, which took many more months to resolve. Do not buy from this company. They take forever to respond to emails, there is no phone number to call, and they are completely unprofessional. It was six months of wasted time, stress and emails. I wish I'd read this site before buying from them.
