After a fantastic couple of days with Arabella and our leadership team, I completed the first development plan we agreed to, Bravery. It was so thought provoking and definitely made me look at Bravery differently. I’ve used the 6 golden questions to help me reflect on those brave things I’m doing to help push me further forward the next time.

Great experience, an engaging platform with innovative team development sessions.
I have been using the CharacterScope platform for over a year to help gauge how others perceive me, and how I perceive myself (Viewpoints & Solo) & I have moved on to developing some gaps in some character strengths using the very easy to use Develop App. My colleagues have noticed some changes in my approach when working alongside me of late, which has been fun I have to say.
With the prolonged Covid-19 restrictions & the continued WFH set-up, I am now starting on the journey of CharacterScope Teams with lots of wonderful workshop resources to choose from...
