Ordered a bunch of items (€100+). First delay, products being out of stock. I don’t know why that didn’t reflect on the website itself. I pay for it to be delivered to my address. Their delivery partner delivered it to a far away pickup point without even making an attempt at my address. I was home the whole day. Wasted two more weeks of my time trying to track it down and sort it with Haarspullen customer service. In the end, didn’t even get an apology. Terrible service, would not order from here again.

I placed an order 6 days ago and unfortunately it is still not delivered. I did not yet receive delivery information or any update. I asked for a status update but no answer from the customer service. At this point it feels like a scam…

Next day delivery is not true any more. I ordered more than 1 week ago and I have not received the items, I emailed them 3 days ago and no reply so far. Also on WhatsApp but it looks like they don’t read the message. I bought online in the past and it was delivered next day as they promised on the website. Very disappointing!

However my parcel is being late, and did not receive notification regarding this, the customer service itself is excellent when I called, kind, helpful and polite.

There is no information on the website of any item is out of stock. They still say it will be delivered tomorrow.
I ordered some items I needed for an event and they were never sent. I have contacted the customer support and they told me they wait to backfill the order.
I wouldn't order anything of it was stated on the website. Not happy at all.

Delivery took a long time even though I knew one of the items was incorrect. Trying to now return the item and there are no clear guidelines on their website and limited country options in their return dropdown - not the country I'm living (Denmark) in even though they shipped here. Confusing and not transparent. Won't order from here again.

I placed an order on November 4th. After three emails, I was told it would ship on November 11th. They offer products on their website that they don't have in stock. If you need something right now, don't order there!The website says it will ship the next day. I ordered hair toner and wanted to use it today. How long do I have to wait? This is a scam :(

Update: Your reply is just empty PR: no compensation, no accountability, only excuses for 6 weeks of delay and false stock claims. Saying “this is not the standard we strive for” means little when your actions show otherwise. AND I was the one contacting you and sending follow up emails after weeks of no answer.

In short: poor communication, false stock status, failed delivery promises, and absolutely no accountability. I will not be ordering here again, and I recommend others think twice before trusting them.

Avoid this company. They promise 2-day delivery and show items as in stock, but my order took 6 WEEKS to arrive. The company only admitted after my repeated emails that items were on backorder; something never disclosed at checkout.

Instead of transparency, I was left waiting with zero proactive communication. Their “solution” was either to cancel items or offer me a 5% discount on a future purchase — effectively €4 for weeks of delay, broken promises, and misleading stock information. When I pushed for fair compensation, they hid behind “policy” and refused to take responsibility.

This is not just bad service; it borders on misleading advertising, which is against EU consumer protection rules. Products listed as available should actually be available, and delivery guarantees should mean something.

I've made several purchases from the website, and although they have good products, delivery is ALWAYS late. They rarely have stock, so they say they'll deliver the next day, but it takes more than two days to deliver, contrary to their website promises. Today I suffered my third loss with them, and besides not buying from this store again, I want to share this experience because if you depend on a short deadline, it's better to buy elsewhere. They lack respect for deadlines and lack of consideration for customers.

I ordered a quite expensive product there for about 70€ (a hair straightening device). But I what I got was just a small box with hair pomade for men?! They state on their website that they have a customer service hotline that was supposed to be open all day (It states this in their opening times on the website) But I tried calling them about 20 times and it always says that this line cannot be reached. I sent them an email and got no response either. I urgently needed this product and paid a lot of money. This feels like a scam.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend Haarspullen.nl. Their website explicitly states "delivered next day," which was the main reason I chose them. However, not only was my order delayed, but I also received no communication about it. Instead, I had to contact them myselves.

The "solution" offered was also completely useless. So, as someone else already mentioned: Haarspullen.nl offers no easy cancellation, no real apology, and no compensation.

After reading other reviews, it's clear this issue—Haarspullen.nl delays combined with a lack of communication—is not a one-off case. It seems to be a recurring problem, hence why I decided to write a review.

Also worth noting: they offer a 5% discount for leaving a review, which might explain the overly positive ratings.

Finally, I wanted to delete my account from their website, and they don't give an option to do that. Shady.
