Online customer service never answers/ item paid and never delivered.
The company charged for a wall decoration that has never been delivered. On a Dutch/International site (habitat-design.com) they say the delivery is delayed, but provide no further information: no tracking code, no explanation whatsoever. The online contact form requests are never answered (shockingly bad customer service), though this is the only way to contact the company. If you try to call them on their customer service, they only speak French and they refuse to speak English. This company seems to be a scam.
