Online customer service never answers/ item paid and never delivered.

The company charged for a wall decoration that has never been delivered. On a Dutch/International site (habitat-design.com) they say the delivery is delayed, but provide no further information: no tracking code, no explanation whatsoever. The online contact form requests are never answered (shockingly bad customer service), though this is the only way to contact the company. If you try to call them on their customer service, they only speak French and they refuse to speak English. This company seems to be a scam.

online shopping a waste of time

items were not delivered and with no notice of this,no email or call. i called three times to be given a refund, the first time i was hung up on after saying hello, the second agent promised to investigate and call me back, didn't call me back. after the third call i arranged a refund but not for the delivery costs of items that didn't arrive. waste of time and energy.

Disaster: unprofessional, poor customer service and experience

There is no connection between the online ordering and delivery section of the website and the actually delivery. We placed our order, watched the weeks go past on their webpage until the delivery date. We received a notification email saying it was going to be delivered and then nothing happened. No one in their customer service department knew what was happening. We called a few times spoke to different people. A disaster really. This is not Habitat.uk. don't be confused that they offer the same level of service.
