Unreliable stock and very poor customer service
On 15 January 2025 I placed an order for two chairs after the website confirmed the availability of stock. The website accepted the order and it was paid by credit card.
A few days later I received messages from your transport company indicating it would be delivered between 23 and 29 January 2025. However, the link provided did not allow me to select a time and date for the delivery.
On Friday, 23 January 2026 at 16:37, when the customer service is already closed, I receive a message stating that if I do not select a time, the delivery cannot be completed. I called today, 26 January 2026 at 9:45 ther customer service who explains that the item is simply not in stock and that I should now wait 26/27 weeks for it to be in stock.
This is and EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and experience. It even feels like the units which I had ordered and for which I had paid were given to another customer in the meantime. NOBODY in HABITAT dared calling me to inform me of this issue and it was me who had to follow up to find an answer to the mess that they created.
