Really horrendous experience, taking over 9 weeks of emails and solicitor contacts and they still have my 800 euros . Heartbreaking

Really horrible experience... Be warned ! I had my shed delivered and 1 HR after delivery I read the booklet and realised this was smaller than what was advertised what I bought 185cm not 209cm I informed them within 1 HR and the package had never ever been opened. Just looked at the booklet. They promised to resolve that but they took until 25th march to collect the shed of us...and now 3 weeks after collection even (I took photos it was exactly as delivered) they refuse to refund saying they must wait for their supplier to allow a refund !? My solicitor got involved and told them it's illegal to do this as the product was wrong and I told them within 1 hour! They still don't refund me. Asking for the complaints book doesn't help they just say every email 'please wait '
..Wait more than 9 weeks!?
And they suggested even when the supplier refunds eventually that they might want to keep 95 for delivery charge ! (Of which I was Not informed of before they re collected it!)
It was a child's treehouse project so they literally took my kids Christmas money and I feel gobsmacked they can ignore the law and a solicitor and go against all fairness
AVOID! USE A Company YOU know better,

Unfortunately I had a bag experience.

Unfortunately I had a bag experience.
My door of bathroom cabinet arrived damaged .Unfortunately habitium would not replace as they felt the time I got the door to when I reported the issue was too long. It was outside my control as my plumber didn't open packaging until this time

The table arrived right on time and in…

The table arrived right on time and in perfect condition, so the delivery was excellent. It was well-packaged with no damage at all. The price point was just right—great value for the quality. The product itself is very good: sturdy, well-designed, and exactly as described. I love the stowaway legs. Highly satisfied overall!

Service Excellent - Product a nightmare

Bought the UV and waterproof gazebo tent for a garden party… would not recommend, the sides are basically glorified black bags, Velcro ties ripped off on most sides and the noise inside it was horrendous. It wasn’t breezy out but inside was a wind tunnel! The structure itself was flimsy and would not recommend putting over grass, the pegs don’t work to keep it down!!! Actually caused more stress than anything!

My overall experience with Habitium was terrific

My overall experience with Habitium was great and I would have no hesitation in recommending them . I needed a Roca toilet soft closing seat 7 lid cover which was very hard to source but habitium had it in stock . No delivery charge was an added bonus and the item was very well packaged and delivered by UPS . The pricing was appropriate for the quality of the product received . Their website has a wide range of products on offer and is easy to navigate .

I have no complaints at all I ordered 2 glass wall cupboards in white..... the ordering was easy even having to translate it ....it came while we was out and left it securely.... no damage to packaging.... completely covered in sealed plastic on opening ...I we I deed be ordering with this company again ...totally trustworthy...
