Utterly shocking

Utterly shocking. I purchased nearly €600’s worth of outdoor pressure treated wooden benches, they arrive flat packed and I had to build them, they had no bore holes or any other guidance than paper and screws -and their structure and quality is very questionable.
After less than a month in the garden, said pressure treated wood has buckled and bent and looks downright shoddy. I’ve naturally shown this to the above company who are only willing to give me a €50 refund Or to collect them and send replacements!? Which for one I have no faith in the product and two I will not be sprinting 6 hours building benches! The best they could do if offer me a half refund for the total amount and I’ll make do with the shoddy quality that’s left. I wouldn’t recommend this company nor would I shop from them again. Shame on them

My order has still not been fulfilled 27 days Later

My order has still not been fulfilled. It has been 27 days since I bought a sink online and it has still not arrived. We are brushing our teeth in the shower and the Stone Mason that has our marble top is asking what we are doing. All I am getting from Habitium is excuses about their lack of stock. Obviously they do not hold stock of some sinks.

Great service and value

I bought a Songmics three section recycling bin from Habitium. I had looked at the product on other sites but this was the best value. The delivery arrived promptly and within the specified time. Packaging was very sturdy and robust. Habitium provide very clear advice on what to do if your package arrives damaged in anyway. Followed that advice albeit unnecessarily because the bin arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely buy from Habitium again.

I chose Habitium for their excellent reputation and wide selection. I bought the High Spout Basin Mixer Tap in gold-plated brass. Delivery was prompt and the product was well-packaged. The purchase and payment process was seamless, and all my questions were answered very promptly. I would definitely buy from Habitium again!

Excellent company and well worth a look.

For a long time ( a couple of years ) I have been looking -without success - for a kitchen waste bin to fit inside a cabinet. It's a narrow cupboard and I have even tried kitchen web sites in the USA and the UK. And then I found Habitium and lo and behold ! They had a sliding waste bin that was the right dimensions! I ordered it and it arrived well packaged and on time. An excellent purchase. A few weeks ago I needed to replace some wine glasses by a French manufacturer and have been unable to find them at an economical price. And once again, Lo and behold! There they were, at an excellent price and free delivery. They arrived extremely well packaged, unbroken, on time and match perfectly, the one remaining glass from my previous set. A great find, and I can thoroughly recommend Habitium.

THE ITEM PURCHASED WAS WELL PACKAGED AND ARRIVED SAFELY.
OVERALL I WOULD RANK THE EXPERIENCE HIGHLY. I WOULD CERTAINLY PURCHASE FROM HABITUM AGAIN.

Great product

Very happy with the shoe bench we ordered. Fantastic quality, easy assembly and good instructions provided. Ordered from Habitium because the price for the item we were looking for was cheaper than on other websites. Package was delivered in a great condition, all parts were packed neatly inside the box. The payment process was also quick and simple, got a confirmation email pretty quick. Would definitely order again !

Worst experience ever had in my life

Worst worst worst.

They say that delivery will be within 15days but for me it took more than a month... Due to which i lost my contract and money.

Also the customer support is horrible too... No way to track your shipment and no one was there on customer support side to take responsibility.

Overall really bad experience and would never recommend anyone to go with this company.
