Excellent experience

Bought two clothing racks recently from Habitium. The quality is excellent. Items arrived promptly by courier. Can't fault the whole experience. Will be purchasing again if this is the experience.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. They sold me an electric water heater that leaked. The warranty repair, which I'm legally entitled to, can be done in Spain. I bought heater in Ireland and I living here. Liars and cheaters.

Poor after care

I was sent a faulty kitchen extracted and have been waiting far too long for a "technical team" to review a video I sent them of the problem. Return and refund needed but now im left with no kitchen extractor. Avoid as the aftercare is shocking

Full refund is received! Happy and don’t have any more issues with the company! Thank you for your help in resolving the issue.

Please guys, stay away from those!

Full refund was promised. Following by return of less than 10%. Any reply was not answered.
Guys, avoid that company.

Broken shop, illegal trading habits

Ordered a generator which was not shipped out for two days. Since I was in a hurry, I cancelled the order and bought one locally. Habitium did not "accept" the cancellation and refers to the delivery as being sent, although is still, four days later, marked as in "preparation". So their online shop is not correct and they have no understanding of EU online trading laws. I am looking forward to the court case.

80 days wait to receive a broken sink

Habitium took 80 (EIGHTY) days to deliver my sink, and when I opened it in front of the delivery person, it was broken. The delivery/courier man then took the sink back with him.

In short: Habitium made me wait 80 days for a broken sink.

This terrible service has delayed my house completion by almost three months. It will cost me extra labour and massive additional inconvenience.

I would like a full refund immediately.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with, R.G. seems to be the only support person there, and my god, I’ve never dealt with a more incompetent support staff in my life, bought a wine fridge from them in October, was not as advertised and arrived damaged, options I was given where pay to ship it back or get 50% off another, stupidly bought another, arrived with a hole in the door and glass shattered, they replaced this one, told them I would be away for Christmas, delivered anyway on the 23rd December, this one the door was hanging off, wires exposed, glass shattered and hinge has put a hole in the side of the door!! Enter R.G. to ruin the day, over 24 hours so tough luck, went on for 3 weeks about another 50% off voucher, refuses to escalate, refuses to let me speak to a manager, only email so things are in writing, won’t talk on the phone, 2 emails a day so they meet their 4 hour SLA and now nothing, eventually cave and say put the voucher on the account, then I get 3 days of “it’s on your account just order and stop being stupid”, to eventually being “oh, you got one already so I can’t give you another so nothing I can do”, worst experience I have ever had, the company doesn’t deserve to be in business, save your money and go elsewhere, do not support these thieves!!!!! I will be going through small claims court now and the hours I’ve wasted dealing with them already, 3 months, 3 broken dangerous fridges, STAY AWAY!!!!

Unacceptable dilivery times.

Ordered from Spain to Valencia (order #688411) shower tray. On product page it stated 1-3 business days. In fact after 3 days they've sent me an email that delivery is extended to 9-13 days more... As a result item that ordered 11/01/2026 I got 26/01/2026 - 15 days! without any tracking or notification of shipment progress, only call from delivery guy when he was 5 minutes from me. Fortunately, item was not broken or damaged - that is why 2 stars but not 1.
