Very good and fast shipping with great quality

Would have a hard time recommending these guys. Dublin based. Bought a generator from them assuming it would be dispatched from Dublin. Was shipped from Spain, took 3 weeks when they claimed 12 days, came with euro sockets which are useless here. The oil burst in transport and the company refused to refund the oil or compensate for the wrong sockets. I offered to change them myself if they paid for the parts. Just relentless hollow apologies and ignoring EU laws.

I bought a shed off these guys at Habitium - Black Anthracite shed, there was a storm the week of it arriving. So it took two weeks for me to get it up and start building. They sent the wrong roof parts and refused to reimburse or send over the right parts. I physically couldn't set it up in a storm and their return policy is pure rubbish. The shed has consisten leaks. Already rusting and I've had it less than a year. I can apply my own parts like certain tapes to stop the leaks - but if they sent over everything properly and correctly I wouldn't have any issues or have to waste money on fixing it up. I would never ever recommend these guys to anyone as it was a complete waste of 560 euro + delivery. Ridiculous. I had previously great experiences but this was a massive let down.

Again I've been informed they'll contact me "shortly" still no updates. This is the kind of communication you receive with Habitium.

First up, I cannot comment on the assembled product (kitchen under counter double press with drawer) as I have not assembled it yet. The weight of the package is telling me it’s good quality. As for the ordering process, well I found habitium.com whilst searching for the press online, of course I tried all the major diy chains and while some had what I wanted, their prices could not compare to habitium. I quickly found what I needed and the product was described very well with all measurements. Ordering was a doddle and I got several emails about my purchase (order received, order dispatched, order due for delivery, etc). It arrived when it was supposed to and there is no visible marking (from damage or mishandling). I am positive that I will be a returning customer.

It has been 36 days since I ordered a shower tray to be delivered to Ireland. It still hasn't been delivered even though on the order it stated 3-6days

Everything is fine, the purchase process and contact with them was very good. The product is exactly the same as in the pictures and in the description.
Only the delivery took longer than initially stated.

Overall I am very satisfied and can recommend this company

I bought the coolest and most beautiful floating tv stand. It has a timber top with white press doors and although it is quite have I could lift it into the the hooks by myself

I bought it to hide the plugs and wires and although I had to cut through the thin timber at the back it is perfect
It came days before expected and although the package was open at the top everything was in it and nothing was damaged
Purchase was easy and quick and I would definitely buy from Habitium again.

Bought the shed for our allotement, it was quite difficult to put together
Instructions were awkward to follow , in the end I let my husband do it as we nearly got divorced in the process 🤣.
He had to remove panels after assembly as it wasnt clear that 3 sheets had to go into the one hole
Anyway its put together now with a few scratches & dents . Its fine for holding tools up there , but would be disappointed if paid full price ( got it on sale ) & was using it for our garden

Delivery & communication was good from Habitium itself , just quality of shed wasn't great , but I guess at on sale price it was fair enough

I had a few build issues due to my ceiling being only 2cm higher than the unit, but i sorted this out myself.

I bought self adhesive pvc tiles from habitium. They arrived very quickly, and were well packed. The quality is excellent and the price was very good. I look forward to using this company again soon.
