Bought a Telcel recharge for relatives in Mexico in the amount of $140 mxn, they only received $91 mxn, conversion rate is fine but they need to update their amounts on the website to reflect current exchange rate.

They are thieves
I paid them 200 bucks for service to later find out they didn't have coverage in my area, then when I asked them for a refund they said absolutely not, it wasn't their policy to give refunds and in this case they could have been up front with me and just tell me they didn't cover my area, rip offs.
