What can I say, from start to finish the service I received was outstanding. Christian was invaluable and was able to help me retrieve both my personal and my business Facebook pages back after being hacked and suspended.

5 star doesn't seem enough more like 11/10 in my book!

Yes there was some parts I had to do as well but with their guidance and knowledge the whole process was clear and concise.

Just got off zoom with Aaron at Hacked.com. I was very nervous about taking this step but am so happy I did. I’m a 70 yr old with poor technology skills. He made it easy, and went through and checked all my possible security issues and was able to fix the problem.

A co-worker set up a meeting with Aaron and asked me to be there to help, I’m there It tech. I had doubts at first but Aaron was very helpful and kept trying different things with us until one finally worked. He was nice, patient, and respectful. I've been hacked on FB, they removed my email and phone so I couldn't recover through the normal steps. I hired hacked.com They took me through the SAME steps I had already been through, NO GOOD. Told me to wait 48 hrs., so I did it again, NO GOOD. Told me to write to my AG, my AG said FB doesn't respond to them, so they don't do anything. I asked for a partial refund, they refused.
NO HELP AT ALL

Christian was very helpful in recovering my daughter’s Facebook account. In the first hour of support we had taken control back from the hacker and set up stronger 2 factor authentication to prevent unauthorized use of her account in the future.

I was leery and skeptical after my Facebook account was hacked. I wasn't sure I could trust just anyone. But Hacked.com was great! I worked with Greg, and he was excellent.
