Having a hacker take control of your personal information is frightening, scary and very unsettling . I had lost trust in ppl. When receiving g info from a friend about this company I still had doubts.However, hacked.com was so helpful in restoring my Facebook page. He was professional, patient and very kind. I had my FB hacked, then locked me out of my account. While they posted and messaged false crytpo messages. Greg naviagated perfectly to get my account back, block the hackers and tighten up all security settings. Amazing as everyone else said it could not be done.

Greg Frankin helped me with my issue with Facebook. Someone hacked my account and both my personal and business accounts were disabled. I couldn’t enable them on my own nor could I get help from a Facebook/Meta support person. A friend referred me to hacked.com as she knew of someone who had a positive experience with them. So I decided to give them a call. Though Greg was not able to enable my account, he reviewed my problem with me, asking pertinent questions. He referred me to some government agencies who he knew had helped some people in the past. We walked through that process. As a result of that interaction, I was happy that a representative from one of those agencies worked with Meta and me and the issue was resolved. (Mostly)
Greg was professional, efficient in his search for answers in the Facebook application, and knowledgeable about how to make my recovered account more secure in the future.
While I really feel that Facebook/Meta should be providing this kind of support to their users, hacked.com did a great job helping me resolve my disabled account issue.

Unfortunately had my Facebook hacked this week. It was taken over by the hacker creating a Meta account. My facebook account was recently hacked and I'd lost all access to it. They also hacked my email accounts and I'd lost access to them also. Trying to contact FB to get help was impossible! As a small business owner who spent 10 years building my clientele through the FB platform this was a dire situation for me. I didn't know where to go for help or in particular who to trust! To be honest I was initially worried, skeptical and untrusting (partly because you become very untrusting of everyone after such an experience and also I am based in Australia so I was worried about working with a company based in another country) but I'd heard about them and read the reviews and decided to give it a try and it was the BEST thing I've done! If you are needing help this company is AMAZING! Christian was my specialist and from the first moment he was reassuring, professional, caring, patient and extremely knowledgeable and made the experience easy and stress-free. Whilst we weren't able to retrieve my account on the first session (we 'almost' did but FB put a security time lock onto my account as they thought I was the hacker!) however minutes into the second session we were able to retrieve my FB account back, kick out the hackers and secure my account. I am still in awe of how Christian was able to do this as I had doubts I'd ever get it back and am forever grateful. He has also gone through the process of helping me setup extra security to prevent a recurrence for my FB account, my Instagram account and also my email accounts. I will be recommending everyone I know to book in at least a 25 minutes session with Christian to help them ensure their accounts are safe and secure as the prevention of this is way better than going through the awful stress of being hacked. If you've been hacked then I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

I was in an endless loop trying to get my wife’s email account back. It was hacked and added to a meta account so even if I got in I would not have been able to unpair it with the hackers meta account. Aaron was awesome and my wife is happy. Facebook does not make it easy. They don’t care. Aaron walked me thru everything. In the end I was able to change and delete the meta account of the hacker. Get my wife’s Facebook back. Secure it. Anytime I been hacked support I am calling them.

My Facebook account was hacked almost two years ago and I had given up of ever having it back, I had tried several companies but none of them did retrieve it So I contacted Hack,com and I asked them if there was a chance of getting it back. Here is a quick break down.
Someone hacked into my Facebook/Meta acct and was using my business acct & Ads.
I assuming it was gone after having it for 20 years and using it for business since it was no longer visible. I was sad that i had lost all my business ads, 20 yrs of memories and messages.
UNDERSTAND, You get NO help from FB/Meta!!
So hours of trying to find an offical site, I finally found Hacked.com. I then had my first meeting with Aaron who looked at everything in the first meeting, not a lot he could do since my acct was gone, deleted. Aaron reached out to all public figures in Co. One in particular- Erika Blum with Congressman Joe Neguse went out of her way to ask FB to re instate my page on my behalf.
I received a notice from Meta 2 wks later. I then emailed Aaron with hacked.com to help navigate the fix.
He was able to get my old account sign in and found the man who had hacked my acct. He deleted this man who put himself as administrator. This man/hacker was accessing my ads to create false advertising to steal money from others. Thank goodness for people like Aaron and Hacked.com

My Business FB Page was hacked and they took full control over my business account! I was scared and working against time. I contacted Hacked.com and they were able to advocate on my behalf with Meta (we were able to do a zoom meeting within 60 minutes) and I was able to get my account back in my name within 24 hours. This site was so helpful and understanding and calm about it. My Facebook site was hacked and then the Meta team sent me a notice that my accounts were suspended. A friend helping me found a good reference to hacked.com and the cost for the first zoom meeting was $69. There I met Aaron Weaver, from a shared screen he wrote the Michigan government officials to help. It took 3 weeks to get my personal account back up, but not business page. Today with another session, Aaron was able to click around and find my business page and help me set it up to be safe from hackers.

There are so many companies out there that claim to be able to help you to get your hacked accounts back. From my experience they have all be scams except for Hacked.com.
My Facebook account was hacked three times. After the each of the first two times, Meta swore my account was as secure as possible, but I got hacked again.
After the third time, Meta wouldn't help me get my account back. Responses from Meta were worthless. I couldn't get anyone on a call.
I run a marketing agency that runs ads on Meta for our clients, I was shut out from our business manager and my employees had limited access.

Greg helped me get back my personal FB account from hackers, which also got me back into my Meta Business Manager and Ad Accounts. I highly recommend this service.

I was hacked in July of 2023. They changed the email and removed the phone number attached to my FB account. They were using my ad account. Meta shut down the ad account and I was able to reach Meta Support through email (because otherwise they communicate through Messenger, which I couldn't get into). They kept telling me they had fixed the business accounts, but no one could help me get my login reset on the personal account. So I had no way to get in. I tried with several different reps over 7 months. They kept sending me to the "My account was hacked" self service link that FB has, but I just went in circles because my only option was to send a verification code to the hacker's email address. I tried to upload identification, but that didn't work either.

Finally, I gave Hacked.com a try. I was skeptical, but it had good reviews. So I paid for a 50 minute call. It was absolutely worth it. Greg was super knowledgeable and professional, and just a friendly guy. He knew all the ins and outs, even with all the updates Meta makes constantly. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do. Because my account was disabled, my best option was to reach out to my state representatives. Greg wrote the emails and gave me instructions on what to expect. It took my reps about 2 months to get back my account, and I had to follow up with them a couple times, but it worked!

In all it took 9 months, my congressman's office, and my senator's office to get the Meta liaison to reset my account. I'm back in and very happy. I recommend scheduling a call because every situation is slightly different. They'll know your best options.
