Hi Lena, I'm sorry you found the Long Straight Ponytail uncomfortable. You could try using the drawstring attachment method that can be used with this ponytail, you may find this more comfortable as it does not require the bulldog clip. I have ordered many items from stranded and i have found you to be very helpful in finding the right colour, the samples are an excellent idea. Thank-you for your easy return system and exchanges postage free of charge with very quick delivery.The mum bun i ordered was the perfect colour i would love you to stock a shorter version perhaps a 12`` and less volume as it`s very heavy but it`s excellent quality keep up the good work.
