After debating if I should place an order or not and after taking a look at their instagram page I decided to order hair for the first time. I was looking forward to receiving the hair and I was so excited all the way from The Netherlands.
Well, I am truly disappointed to say the least. The hair is no where near Raw or Virgin hair. It has the same exact smell some extensions from Aliexpress have. Even the way the bundle is bundled up reminds me of Aliexpress hair. I should’ve read the reviews on here. Lesson learned.

I am happy with my hair. I placed my order on a Saturday using next day delivery service and received it on Tuesday. I got the body wave 12” and the hair is so bouncy just as I was hoping. Everyone’s asking where I got the hair , so I have recommended. I’m glad I didn’t read these reviews first because I may have missed the opportunity to buy from HairVirginity.

613 raw bundles
I got two bundles of the 613 double drawn 40 INCH!!! Cost me £580, they came late, and they definitely were not double drawn. Hair quality is not the greatest. Tangle up a lot!!! Compared to other hair I’ve bought.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that your order was not dispatched late. The 40" 613 Double Drawn bundles were clearly listed as a pre order item on the product page, and this was also reiterated at the add to cart stage, within the checkout basket and again within the final delivery confirmation before purchase.
With regards to fullness, for lengths such as 40", two bundles is generally not sufficient to achieve a full installation. For this length most stylists typically recommend approximately 4 to 5 bundles to achieve adequate density, as longer lengths naturally distribute the hair weight across a greater length.
It is also important to note that 613 hair is not raw hair in its natural state. In order to achieve the 613 blonde shade the hair must first be processed and lifted to this colour.
We were not contacted directly regarding any concerns with the hair and have no prior email correspondence from you raising these issues. Had we been contacted, we would have been happy to review the matter with you.
While we can only comment on the sourcing and quality standards of the hair supplied by our own manufacturers, we remain available should you wish to contact us directly regarding your order.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, very helpful when it came to sorting out some issues regarding my order. Shipped my delivery same day for next-day delivery, which was very convenient as I needed the hair urgently. Hair quality was great I was honestly very impressed the wig felt very full and had a pleasant scent fresh out the box. Overall 10/10 and would definitely buy from them again given the opportunity

Loose Deep Wave Frontal?????!!!!!
I placed an order for LDW 20” frontal. I washed the hair & air dried it. The hair looked like straight/body wave hair. My hair dresser washed it, it now looks like straight hair! I sent HairVirginity 2 emails to what they haven’t replied to. The frontal did not match my bundles at all!!! I’m deeply upset as I spent near enough £300 on this frontal

Thank you for your review. as explained via email, we do not sell a loose deep wave (LDW) texture. The item you ordered and received is our loose wave texture. This is different from loose deep wave, which may be what your previous vendors supplied. This is why the pattern and blend may not match the bundles you already own. Our product pages, texture guide and Instagram examples all show the loose wave pattern as it naturally dries after washing.
We fully reviewed the order on our side, including inventory checks and our packing CCTV, and can confirm that the correct item was prepared and dispatched.
Texture names can vary between vendors, and patterns can differ slightly even when described similarly. If your existing bundles are loose deep wave, our loose wave frontal will not blend in the same way due to that difference in texture type.
We hope this clarifies and misunderstanding.

All our Vietnamese closures supplied by our suppliers are Double Drawn, containing a high percentage of longer strands for a full and even appearance. Variations can occur naturally between textures, but Single Drawn hair is not part of their production range.
Our team previously reached out by email to provide clarification on how Double Drawn hair differs from other grades and to assist further, but we are yet to receive a response.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Was not home upon delivery.. the following day when home, the parcel was nowhere in or around my home, nor with neighbours.
Received one email from the company after expressing what had happened and, after I had filed a dispute with Klarna - they replied with 1 email. All further emails have not been responded too (5 days).
Customer service is terrible.

I purchased 2 bundles of Burmese curly hair.
Pros
The HV website was easy to navigate and the parcel arrived super quick! The hair was packed beautifully in a satin lined box to protect the hair. The length and weight of the hair was as described.
Cons
However, where I was unfortunately let down was the hair itself. Since wearing sew-ins for the last year I have purchased hair from 3 companies including HV. HV being the most expensive.
Unfortunately the hair has shed so much I would be very surprised if I could use it again. I have extensile knowledge about maintaining Burmese curly and applying this to these bundles has not stopped the shedding at all.
I really wanted to love the hair as I have heard amazing feedback about HV but unfortunately the hair just tangled and shedded way too much especially when compared to hair from other brands I purchased from and for half the price.

Natural raw hair
I ordered the Burmese raw hair for my birthday and I was a bit worried about the delivery time but the customer service was great and they were able to deliver earlier than expected. The hair is very thick to the point I thought it was too thick which is a good thing in my book. And the raw hair looks very natural but if you are low maintenance I’d suggest maybe get the normal as it’s a lot of upkeep.

It's been on my head for almost three months and it looks good, has a good texture, and stays straight after washing. Later on, I want to dye it. Third Time purchase and still obsessed !
HAIRVIRGINITY is my favorite hair brand!
I’m already on my third purchase: I started with a straight frontal and 3 bundles of Burmese hair (my all-time fave), and now I’ve ordered a HD frontal and 4 bundles of 28” Cambodian wavy. Got it installed yesterday and I’m obsessed!
The hair is thick, shiny, holds curls beautifully, and doesn’t burn under heat. No smell, no shedding. The HD lace is strong, durable and transparent.
Delivery is always fast and safe with UPS.
I’m definitely coming back for more!

Would avoid the 613 hair but raw bundles are great.
I’ve had a few orders with hair virginity over the years and some hair I’ve had is excellent and lasted through a lot but the 613 is terrible. I decided to change it up and go blonde and hair has lasted 2-3 months and now has lost most the original length. It is so brittle and sheds like crazy I sent pictures asking for help over a month ago, 2 months by the 28th and no response. I used a wide tooth comb, heat protection and all it had on it is a semi permanent conditioning gloss. Not the best experience. Now going back to natural curly hair for holiday but have ordered bundles elsewhere even though they may take longer for delivery because I don’t really have trust in HV anymore.
UPDATE: I had to order another bundle of hair with HV due to 3 bundles from the other supplier not being enough. They had closed their website for maintenance so I couldn’t place another order. HV also had the fastest shipping from other suppliers. Unfortunately I was originally sent what looked like body wave bundles when I originally ordered Burmese curly. I emailed them about this and they replied so quickly. I sent back the bundles and as soon they received them they resent the correct bundles with a next day courier. I have used bleach on them to put highlights into the bundle and it lifted so well whilst still maintaining the curl pattern. If these perform the same way previous raw hair I’ve gave from HV does I’ll be super happy. As I’ve mentioned they’ve been brilliant in the past. Much happier with the customer service and product this time around.

Exceptionally brilliant hair
The hair was delivered on time (next day) and the quality was exceptional. Even the white box it arrived in was lovely. I ordered 1b 18inch and it was a lot browner than 1b however because it is raw hair it can be coloured. I was really impressed and had prepared to be disappointed because of some of the reviews - but honestly it was exceptionally brilliant. I can’t wait to order again! This will definitely be my go to hair supplier.
