Negligent and unhelpful
I ordered ultima 9 classic laser comb on September 20. UPS shows no progress with shipment. When I contacted Hairmax, they requested me to claim with UPS. But my request for UPS investigation is closed by UPS on 4th October as I cannot provide merchandise detail which can only be known in detail by sender-Hairmax. I contacted Hairmax again to open claim from sender’s side on 17th October. When I asked Hairmax about the claim 13 days after the claim, Hairmax responded me without checking the current condition with UPS, saying that my investigation is closed (condition on 4th October) and asked me to open the claim again. I have paid fully for my order and haven’t received it yet after 1 month and 10 days. Hairmax should send immediate replacement. Instead, the person responding to my requests are unhelpful and negligent. So frustrating to order from
Hairmax!

I want to assure you that this situation does not align with the level of service we strive to provide. In regards to your claim, it remains in progress. The initial claim was closed on 10/11/2023. Following your request, the investigation was reopened on 10/17/2023. We are currently awaiting the resolution from the UPS claims department for your package. The deadline for the missing package claim is 11/07/2023.
Please be assured that we are doing everything in our power to expedite this process and resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Your patience and understanding during this time are greatly appreciated.

You Honored Your Word
I own HAIRMAX FLIP80 that would not charge. After explaining everything to a representative, I was immediately emailed a return shipping label honoring the Hairmax repair warranty. The email explained in depth what had to be done to return the FLIP80 to the Hairmax Team and what actions were going to be done to asset what was wrong. I was even informed when to expect that my machine would be repaired or replaced. The representative was professional, knowledgeable but personable about the situation I was in. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.

My Second Hair Max Ultima 9 comb
When purchasing my second Hair Max Ultima 9 Comb the staff assisting me from the company were very helpful and I am very pleased. I purchased my first comb back in 2020 and used it faithfully and consistently for 3+ years. I had great results with thicker hair along with new growth. I had started losing my hair from age (I'm 71 yrs. old) and possible medications. My dermatologist recommended the Hair Max and I couldn't be happier. Within 3 months I could definitely see improvements. I did purchase the second to ensure I would be getting the same great results as I did with my first comb I felt it had gone beyond its usefulness due to my many hours of use and wanted to be sure I was receiving full benefits of the comb and my efforts. ( I just wanted a new one really Ha.) The company sold me a second one at a great price and I continue to see improvements. Love the conditioner and shampoo
I've purchased both the shampoo and conditioner. After shampooing, I rinse my hair and apply the conditioner. I leave it in for about 5 minutes and rinse it off. I let my hair air dry. Magically my frizzies are mostly gone. No, I'm not exaggerating. I love the combination, and have purchased 2 more sets to make sure I don't run out.

Sorry, but FDA 'CLEARED' does not mean it is 'APPROVED'. ie guaranteed safe.
There should be a warning to say those with any autoimmune problem should not use, or anyone who must avoid UV light. The UV light cannot be 100% safe.
Generally, avoiding all UV light is important, especially those with fair skin..

If you use faithfully it will work
I’ve been using the Hairmax 9 for a month this recent time. I use it everyday at night while reading. It has turned into pretty much an hour a night or more.
I used it the recommended 10 minutes/3 times a week two years ago and the higher usage now is remarkably better. It’s not a chore to use. The results are so great I enjoy using it.
It improves also the overall feel of your hair as well as increased thickness. Highly recommend if you are disciplined to use it.
