The Laser comb I ordered came well packaged in a timely manner. Set up and getting started was easy. I initially had concerns that the treatment might not be a sustainable routine for me, it has proven to be quite easy to keep up with time wise as well as ease. Customer service and support representative was very pleasant and helpful in addressing all my questions and concerns. The customer service representative had a deep knowledge of not only the Laser devices but, the hair care and scalp products as well.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I would give them a zero if I could- I ordered a device as a gift, I waited awhile and got in touch saying they are looking into what courier is saying (DPD) were so nicevover emails telling me they would sort everything out only to find several emails later they are closing the case (after taking almost £300!!) as DPD have lied to them and said that they have delivered!!! They sent me proof of delivery of the label on the box - no surroundings not being handed over to anyone, not even by a door!!! I wish I had researched more before going ahead with such a unprofessional company- the service has been appalling and now im in such a pickle trying to retrieve my hard earned money!!!

The customer service group, especially Emmily, came through again when I forgot to bring along the batteries to my Hairmax laser cap. They expedited shipping and were extremely helpful. Would recommend Hairmax and their team to anyone.

I just purchased a HM laser 82 and called to activate my warranty. Miss Emmily G. was amazing! She did it so quickly and easily explained where to find that serial number she needed. I also asked her recommendations how to use the device and also more questions about hair growth l had and she was so nice & kind to answer it all. Also I’m thinking to get that hair growth activator she told me about. Emmily G. shared her experience with me regarding this device which gave me more inspiration to follow all the instructions. I’m so grateful 🥹 Customer service was incredible! And l had 0 time to wait till I was connected to her. I wish bank support was as good as yours HM team! Thank you 😊

my wire's hairmax 41 stopped working after 4 years. called, emmily explained everything as we tried to see the problem over the phone. was clear needed to be looked at, went to their store in boca raton. emmily came out, took machine inside and in 20 minutes we had a fully functional like new machine. she explained EVERYTHING about future care,and gave me a sample kit of their products. never had better customer service anywhere!, thanks emmily!

I miss placed (or lost) the power cord for my Hairmax. I thought to call to see if I could just get a new cord and the person I talked to was very helpful. I guess I am not the only person to miss place the cord. I also have used the shampoo and conditioner that came with my device and my hair was shiny and had great volume and texture. The new cord was delivered within a week.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for this wonderful product. I am an old customer and have been using the laser combe for more than 10 years. Use it three times a week in the fall, and the rest of the year only once a week. I have never experienced losing hair again. This has totally changed my life. Hello, I am a new Hairmax customer. My dermatologist recommended I try this product (Hairmax Laser Band 82) a while back. I recently ordered the product and had a few questions. I called the customer service number and was actually able to talk to a "real person!" Her name was Emmily Golieb and she was awesome! Not only was she friendly, but she had some wonderful tips and is also mailing me the full owners manual as I'd like to get some more detailed information about care and use. Thank you Emily!! I am excited to start using my laser band.

I was using another shampoo and conditioner for the past 18 months, while using topical Rogaine for women. My scalp always felt dry and itchy. I honestly do not feel that way since I started using the Hairmax shampoo and conditioner. I really like these products.
