Perfect cutting and blonde color. Really love my Brooklyn!

Worst quality I ever purchased I don’t like the quality of the yaki texture the style on the side was not what i expected I don’t recommend the Selma side part i even tried cutting it and restyling hair came out worse I purchased a cheaper hair and it was way better quality I will never purchase from them again ever again!

UPDATE: My return was easy as pie. All you have to do is follow-the-insturctions. And yes, they will try to get to keep it but I think that Is just part of the sales protocol; all wig companies try that first. Can't blame them. But once you are really sure - you can return as long as you follow-the-insturctions.

I have since both a second wig - I had it customized so it was a final sale. The product was great! So now I have a straight wig and a curly wig.

So far so good. I found HairVivi while I was writing a review about another hair company who has terrible customer service. Another reviewer felt the same way and recommended trying Hairvivi in her review. So I did...

So far the process to order was easy and the response time seems to be within the 24H timeframe they stated. I ordered a few wigs to try out and decided on the Victoria wig 14". It's not too thick and not too long; just right for me. The items were packaged very well and there was no weird smell, actually there was a nice floral smell. The hair is AMAZING. It is what I have been looking for - the other wigs looked ok but they were "heavy", I felt like I was wearing cousin It on my head.

I went ahead and ordered a curly wig, as I have been looking for one for some time and they have a style I like - Erica.

Hoping there returns go smoothly - I saw someone had a not so good return experience but overall it looks like most customers were happy. Oh and I have yet to wash the unit - it was wear ready out the box.

So I bought this wig after I bought a $1,500 that shed and honestly Hairvivi wig was wayyyyyyy better , it doesn’t shed as much as it should for a blonde , 100% recommend this brand

The shipping was fast and the packing was very cute and unique. I loved that my unit was packaged with additional gifts that made instal easy. The hair was soft the only thing I would love more for if the unit was 200% density but it’s definitely a beautiful unit overall.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to make an exception for the Vivan wig from Hairvivi. It is absolutely stunning! The color is rich and vibrant, and the quality is unmatched. I’ve ordered wigs from many places, but Hairvivi is by far the best there is. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile for me. I requested a custom hairstyle, and they delivered exactly what I envisioned.

I purchased around 10+ wigs from HAIRVIVI but the last one was a deal breaker & completely unacceptable. Around half received looked as if the lace was balding straight out of the package, so I strongly recommend inspecting the wig before cutting the lace. The hair was heavily processed, with numerous blunt hairs sticking out. You’re very fortunate if you received one of good quality.

Returning the wigs is difficult, but in reality, customers shouldn’t have to go through that process—they should receive what they paid for the first time. The quality of HAIRVIVI wigs is highly inconsistent; you either get an excellent wig or a poorly made one.

I purchased Elle from Hairvivi and absolutely love it! I keep getting compliments on this hair (at least 10 from different folks and I’ve only worn this wig out in public 3 times)! The hair is soft, styled really beautifully, and the cap was made so well. The size is perfect for me which is always a struggle with other companies. The piece is such high quality that you can’t even tell that it’s a wig. Everyone I told this to was in disbelief that the hair isn’t growing out of my head. I am SO happy with the 2 wigs I purchased and their lovely customer service that I have been sharing where I got the wigs from with everyone around me- a few friends and family have purchased as well! This is the first time that I’ve been truly happy with a wig company and can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!

Again a beautiful wig. Bought the Allie wig for the second time. It’s the most natural wig i have ever bought. Good quality and fits well. Customer service is great! Quick response and had this wig within 6 days!

The lace is awesome but the hair itself is a waste of money.after a few wear the hair flakes like nobody's business it look like plastic.I am so disappointed at my doris wig absolutely waste of money and effort.

This is hands down the best wig investment I have ever purchase. As a college student who needed a beautiful wig that require little work to install. Hairvivi is the best, the customer service is so responsive with questions I had about the lace. The product came professionally wrap, with everything I needed. I wore it for my birthday, so many complements.

Writing this as a girl with alopecia, and I’m extremely happy that i found this company, you can not even imagine my happiness when i put on the wig, i was with my best friend and she literally couldn’t see the lace!!! That’s just wow, incredible, never saw anything like that!!!

This is really nice. Love the natural density and the fake scalp doesn't look too bad on this wig. Hairline looks really natural. I use the hair spray..lol

I purchased my first wig from Hairvivi, and I was surprised by how quickly it arrived! I could track the package, and when I opened it, it took my breath away.

I ordered the Sophia wig, which matches my original hair color perfectly. The lace is invisible, and the cap is very comfortable. I have a background as a hairdresser, so I actually enjoy styling the wig on a mannequin head, which isn’t a problem for me.

I will definitely purchase again, perhaps a longer one, once my own hair grows out in the back, as I like to combine my natural hair with the wig.

While this is not synthetic hair, one of the advantages is that the knots are bleached, and the hair doesn’t have the synthetic shine. The only disadvantage is that it needs to be styled every so often, but we have to realize that every type of hair—whether real, synthetic, or our own—requires care and attention.
