Absolutley Horrible Company. FAKE CHINESE RIP OFF. Have been reported to credit card company. They set up your CC so they can pull monthly from it. It's been 70 Days since I ordered no products and customer service is horrible.

Be aware. Hopefully these people and up in Jail.

Horrible do. NOT buy. They add on shorts and give you no option to review the total price. Instantly charge your card. I attempted to cancel order and no way to cancel. 5 mins later sent email to cancel. Now the compa y says too late order is processed. They also said they don't use robots so how was my order processed so quickly. Shipping takes way too long. I wish I would have seen these bad reviews prior to purchase. I am sure the quality will.be just like this company horrible.

A wanted to buy only one short and a second has been charged. 5 minutes after, I wrote an email to speak up the issue. They told me that they can't do anything because the article has been processed, but I received a email that says "we will take in consideration the time period that you've sent the email - And not the time that we are replying".

BUT, they didn't consider anything and their policies say that even if the order is processed, you can cancel your order.

So I don't have no refund for something I didn't order.

P.s. they have multiples website with almost the same name, so that's a scam

waited well over a month for delivery which is fine given the current situation with Covid-19. the shorts are awful quality, i ordered the correct size and cant even get them on. There isnt even a label in the shorts to see what size they are so have no idea whether they have even sent me the correct size. no invoice note or returns slip in the package, literally the pair of shorts in a bag. i saw this company as a sponsored ad on Instagram a thought their whole brand looked really cool but dont go anywhere near this company!

Please do yourself a favour and don’t purchase products from this company. I was charged twice, different amounts, exceeding my requested order.

Asked for a refund directly after payment was taken, Joyce (customer service) told me that the order has already been processed and packed?! 15 mins after I placed the order.

Items arrived 30days later, quality is poor, shipped from China and sizing is all wrong.

Chasing customer service for a refund and to return products but heard nothing.

Once you have made your order they they suggest you add more items which are listed as free but then add an extra shipping charge on top of your original order. 15$ per free item! It’s hidden in deceptive small print. I contacted them literally 5 minutes after placing my order to correct and they said it was too late and there was nothing they could do. The transactions were still pending on my credit card so I know that is rubbish. Seriously, stay away.

Company is a scam, saw these on instagram which said they were free plus shipping.

So stupid me ordered two swim shorts, which added to a total of $15 shipping and handling each ($30) Itsms took 6 weeks to ship from CHINA!

Once arrived the shorts were not only way too small for their size share, but they were also the wrong COLOR and it had bad stitching like it was made at a sweat shop in china. string and yarn hanging all over! No company logo anywhere so basically .99c store quality! Quality was terrible and customer service was even worse!

I sent an email immediately demanding a refund and never got a response. 3 MONTHS later someone reached out to me with an automated message saying to please resend my order number to see what was wrong. i described my issues to the customer service rep and they replied: “DUE TO MONITOR DIFFERENCES COLORS MAY APPEAR DIFFERENT” WHAT THE HELL? it’s 2019 monitors have the best quality all around and it’s impossible that a bright pink turns into an orange upon arrival. they never responded or returned my money because “it’s in their policy”

DO NOT BUY! no wonder they block all comments on their instagram! SCAM/SCAM/SCAM/SCAM/SCAM

This is a scam. I ordered a discounted swimshort. The first order never arrived. After months of emails, they finally said they will send a new one and it didnt arrive. I guess they use fake shipping numbers to show progression. This should be reported to the authorities.

Good Boardshorts, Ok quality

Shorts are decent. But company charged me for three when I only purchased two. Customer service is terrible. Long waits for replies that don't help at all. Don't waste your time with this company.

Do not buy anything from this company! It is a complete scam and fake. It has been over a month since I ordered and paid very high shipping charges, nothing ever arrived! Worse, x3 emails to customer support and NEVER A RESPONSE (there's a generic "help desk" autoresponse email that says a customer support will get back with you soon, but they never do). This company should be shut down, this is wrong. ZERO STARS. BE WARNED, STAY AWAY!!!

This website is just a scam. I bought a t-shirt more than one month ago and never arrived. When I tryed to contact them they always say that a management person will put in contact with me but never does.
Don't buy and if you can report to authorities

Absolute garbage. Sizing chart is trash and short quality is equal to that of a dollar store short. Their XL only fits a waist close to 30-32 max in the US. Not sure how this is an Extra Large. Also the customer service is horrible, they send automated responses with names saying they will get back to you. I've received two neither of which were actual responses. Company is an absolute scam and should avoid at all costs.

This company is a complete scam! They automatically added two extra items to my order without even allowing me to review it. Then, wouldn’t refund my money even after I reached out IMMEDIATELY! Stay away from this company because they will steal from you.

Crap product, no way to return

Shorts were comically tiny. Customer "service" is non responsive - no phone number, just an email that no one answers. Contacting my CC company.

The "free" shorts come with a hefty postage charge.

The shipping took over 4 weeks from the time of payment.

The shorts received were 12cm smaller in the waist than advertised, absolutely tiny. So a medium is smaller than an extra small.

They don't reply to email about the size issue, after 3 weeks.
The whole feel to the company seems like a deliberate scam.

Please don't buy. I stupidly saw these on Instagram and didn't research.

Worst thing I did and total waste of money. It's basically a scam... dodgy clothing and dodgy customer service
