We apologise immensely for the time you have had to wait for your order. Over the previous couple of months we have received an unprecedented amount of school wear orders, which in turn meant our stock levels took a significant and unexpected hit. As these are bespoke made we had no option but to wait for our factory to manufacture these items so we could get them back into stock. We always use past experience to improve in the future and hope this does not happen again. Once again, we are very sorry for this.
