i received a notice from Fedex that the item is on Hold in to customs and i need to bring them an approval letter from the Ministry of Health .
i don't want to pay extra for Fedex or costumes - i ordered from you the item (expensive... ) .
please contact Fedex and do what need to be done so i will get the item at home.. or refund me for the item.

Dry eye sufferers do not buy!

This product is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Before even turning it on, I knew I couldn’t keep it. It hurt my nose bridge and the sides of my eyes terribly. Once turned on, BARELY any steam came out. Like I would have to look to see it because it’s none. If you’re a dry eye sufferer, spend your money elsewhere. The Manta heat cups work very well and are cheaper. The product is very hard to return. I am still unsure if I will get refunded my money minus 25%. Also you have to pay for return shipping which was $15. So after that I may get back 50% of what I spent. And that’s a huge maybe from the way their email sounds.

Neck flexibility and soreness improved

The versatility of the device is excellent. The massage function is a great plus. Everything works great and exceeded my expectations.

I wish the cords were longer and there were more connectors for the electrodes.

Mask does not work well at all

Mask does not work well at all . Doesn’t heat both eyes only heatsvery minimal and the mask is very bulky . Not worth the price at all . Would not recommend. Also it takes forever to charge . Very disappointing.
