John was friendly, knowledgable and patient throughout the full process. He explained everything at each stage, answered all my questions and provided the best advice. He kept me updated as better mortgage rates arose without being overbearing with communications and secured the best deal for me. I spoke to another mortgage advisor who was co owner of a large well known estate agency and my experience with him was nowhere near as good as John!

Brilliant service! We needed to progress with finding a mortgage ASAP and Jayne couldn't have been any faster/more diligent. Unfortunately our purchase fell through in the end, but I couldn't recommend Hallcroft enough.

The service throughout our journey was 5*, every individual we dealt with was a great support to my partner and I which made our first house buying experience a lot easier. Andi, Allie & Karis we’re all there to support us and answer any questions we had, no matter the time of day. Offering a range of services under one roof made our lives so much easier. Always prompt in replying to emails and made everything understandable and less intimidating. They are all a credit to the business & I would recommend in a heartbeat.

Jayne has been brilliant with me throughout this process of obtaining a mortgage for my new home. She’s gone above and beyond and I can’t recommend her and hallcroft finance enough!

We used Andy for our mortgage, I had recently become self employed and many other advisors were telling me it was virtually impossible to get a mortgage with only 12 months books, in stepped Andy to save the day. He made it so easy to understand and explained everything from start to finish. We met over a coffee and he took the details he required and later that afternoon we had a mortgage offer from Halifax. We had issues with the valuation of the house and Andy went above and beyond communicating with both Halifax and the estate agent to challenge the valuation and get a second opinion on it
We were kept upto date every step of the way and Andy kept his eye on the interest rates, we managed to get a better a deal on our repayments

We couldn’t recommend Andy enough, if anyone is thinking about using the company it will be the best decision you make 👍🏼
