I would really recommend using Hallcroft after a great experience we have had with an extension to our mortgage for renovations. Andrew went out of his way to be available for an evening call and then dealt with our application very quickly while keeping us updated along the way.

Andrew has hands down been the one person my partner and I have always been able to rely on - period. Buying our first home is stressful enough, and at times people can be difficult to reach, but Andrew has been nothing but reliable and there when we have needed him, during the most stressful moments, and when we have had general questions. We were recommended Hallcroft by a friend to help us with buying our first home, and we cannot thank Andrew and Allie enough for their expertise and warmth in how they supported us through what is a very stressful time! They have both been unbelievably responsive whenever we have had a question, have made themselves available at the earliest opportunity whenever we requested some advise, and lead us through the daunting unknown that first time buyers face, explaining everything as we moved forward. Andrew was always on the lookout for a better mortgage rate for us right up until completion, and gave us advice on things regarding the house move that were technically outside of what we were paying him for. Allie was equally as responsive, helpful and understanding when finding us the best deals for our building and contents insurance and life insurance. She made us feel that we weren't the only ones who find buying a first home a bit stressful and made it clear she would always be there to help in any way she could with any questions we had regarding the move.
