A family-owned business, our story began over 100 years ago when 18-year-old JC Hall arrived in Kansas City, Missouri and started our company, with nothing but two shoeboxes full of picture postcards and an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit.

Card was lovely and arrived on time
Card was lovely and arrived on time, but was very disappointed at the size of card for the price.. The envelope what the card came in was massive so thought the card inside would be too, to find another smaller envelope which to have a smaller card inside for the price and delivery very expensive for something that was so small! Yet the misses enjoyed it.

I had a parcel delivered by Royal Mail…
I had a parcel delivered by Royal Mail and one of the ornaments was broken. I messaged customer service and they asked for photos to which I sent then they sent a new ornament straight back. Brilliant service fast simple and no hassle.

Hallmark quality card
Such a great quality card. I opted for the larger version which is a decent size, big but not oversized. I was able to personalise and match the font to the printed verse which was nice. Quality envelope too. What you would expect from Hallmark. I will buy again. It also arrived very quickly.
