For some reason, a number of recent shipments have been damaged in transit.Typically, it's one of the two cases that are delivered every two weeks.To Hallstein's credit, the replacement is shipped almost immediately, and arrives two days later. It's a great product/

Halstein’s delivery and service
Water notifications are sent when shipping will arrive. Works well as we can have someone at home to receive. Boxes are very thick, preventing minimal damage. When an accident occurred, I received multiple emails to rectify the problem.
Really like the glass bottles to take on the go.
