We were so pleased with our previous order that we ordered another piece as a bath panel. We have not yet received it, but they have sped our order through and we are looking forward to it looking just as fantastic as our kitchen backsplashes!

Poor customer service
The piece was not as expected .i waited a week before I heard anything regarding my delivery . I had no idea when it was coming or if it was coming
When it did arrive it was wrong . I have since gone back and seen that I didn infact order correctly and the sliding scale was incorrect
I paid £270 and they have taken the piece back and will not refund :. When I asked for a replacement— the price was 3 times the price
They also said they delivered free . Such they didn’t as I can see I paid for delivery..

You ordered a bespoke piece with the sliding scale, which is not broken, and you received confirmation with the dimensions that you requested. We have carefully reviewed all correspondence, including your initial email in which you stated :
“I obviously made a massive mistake when I placed the order… I was gutted when he walked towards the house and I realised I made a huge error when ordering.”
We also expedited your order at no additional cost to meet your deadline for delivery despite our lead times being very clear at the point of order
You were provided with updates along the way all of which have been documented.
We have tried to come to a resolution by offering you a new piece with your new sizes but you opted not to accept our solution to your problem
As per our terms and conditions - that adhere to the Consumer Contracts regulations - all bespoke items are non refundable.
