Andrew was very helpful, polite and patient. He asked a few questions and listened to my responses carefully. This was my first call to the Support Team. Andrew provided me with positive impression of the Halo company. We concluded with a plan for trying to resolve my internet strenght issues and my dogs collar familiarization problems for our two livestock guardian dogs.

Monica was clear and asked the questions needed to get to the root of my problem. I was very satisifed with the results

As an owner of a 92 pound 2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer the collar has been a valuable tool around the yard and in the woods

We have a 3 year old Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix that we got last summer. We had been taking him to the dog park to run and chase tennis balls until he was attacked by an aggressive dog who should not have even been there with other dogs. I laid out the footprint for a fence in our backyard and on the day I was going to buy the materials, a coworker asked me if I had heard of the Halo collar. I had not and immediately started researching it. I bought the collar and pre paid for an annual cell subscription for less than the fence would have cost. Not only that, but I was going to install the fence myself and it would have only provided 1/4 of the running space for Max than the 2 acres he now has with the Halo collar. Of course I'm biased but our dog is really smart and after only a few days of training, he was running free in the backyard. After a couple of months he has only been corrected with static twice, and that was in the first week. He now rarely even triggers the beep warning and is comfortable with the invisible property lines. So far collar has been durable, battery life has exceeded my expectations, and it has been a real game changer for Max's quality of life. Although I have seen occasional negative reviews regarding the mobile app, for me personally, it has been easy to navigate, fences were super easy to set up, and manual whistle feature is fantastic. Max can be at the back of our property and I can trigger the whistle from the app, and he will run full speed to come and find me. I know every dog and property are different, but for us the Halo collar has been one of the best purchases we have ever made.

Great customer service, very easy to get a request and receive a new collar through warranty replacement

CC was expired assumed plan would not renew esp as buttons to cancel were greyed out/not functional. They still processed the annual $100 plan fee and now will not refund. I wasn't able to cancel the plan until the card was updated. Scammy. Dog will not adhere to the collar signals and is too risky to use in our location so a complete waste and we have it for another year oh great!

Waylon's Halo collar is the best thing we have done for him. We live in the forest on 15 acres and Halo has given him the freedom wo roam his land. The customer service is great and Halo collars are all around amazing. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about getting one. Best investment for my dog ever! We have used Halo for 10 years now.

Angelina was great in heping me sort out my difficulties with the Halo 4 coller. Her professional approach and timetable was met without delay as she provided me with a new collar and a few accessories that I requested. I consider this excellent customer service.

Ya’ll..I am a believer! This collar is really as amazing as I hoped it would be. We have an 18 month old beagle bred for hunting; the nose never stops. We had tried to border train him with a remote controlled collar like our Rottweilers but were quickly reminded that beagles are NOT Rottweilers. With that, we had a few experiences with the beagle where we lost him on our properties for hours. We were skeptical of the technology and the price point of a GPS collar, but felt we had no where else to turn as we refused to constantly leash a dog that has many acres to roam. That’s when Halo happened. Shipping was quick. Set up was pretty simple. But the effectiveness of this collar is INSANITY..really just truly remarkable. Totally worth the investment for peace of mind. We have borders set/saved for a 9 acre property & a 20 acre property and no issues. Thanks Halo!

I used to love Halo and I would tell everyone I know about them. However, we recently purchased a new halo 4 for our new dog and we have had nothing but issues with it. The day we got it, it didn’t work. It would beep and you could go into the app and push test on collar and then everything would work fine, but when you cross the fence line with it the collar doesn’t work. It keeps losing signal which is insane since our other dog has a halo 2 and it works fine. I called in to the dog park and spent almost two hours on there with a girl who was new and completely useless. She gave me every excuse as to why it wasn’t working including telling me it wouldn’t work when my husband tested it because he’s not a dog(as if we didn’t know that) I finally hung up on her and called in to talk to someone else who said engineering would reach out in a couple of days. Here we are over a week later and no one from engineering has reached out. So I called in again and told them I just wanted to return the thing since it’s obviously defective so then I’m told someone else had to reach out to initiate the return now here we are three days later and they haven’t reached out at all! I am so beyond frustrated and honestly done with halo. We are definitely researching other options for our dogs and I suggest you do to. $600 is a lot to pay for something that doesn’t work and customer service is a joke!!! And it’s really funny that they reply on here and pretend to be helpful because they are just as useless as calling into the dog park was!!!! We ended up sending it back and just getting a refund we were so sick of the run around but they sure didn’t refund all the shipping we had to pay!

My dogs are safe! I have 4 dogs and we live in a rural area. The dogs are able to wander freely around our property with their Halo collars. When there is wildlife on our property, my dogs are often tempted to follow them and try to build new friendships. The Halo collar keeps my dogs in the area that we have fenced in on the app, especially when the dogs are following a new friend. It also allows me to monitor where the dogs are on the property when I can not see them. We started with one collar and were so pleased that we got them for all of our dogs. I highly recommend.

Their customer service (Dog Park) is always quick, knowledgeable and helpful. I had a collar that was having battery issues and we tried to work through it to no avail. They eventually replaced the collar at no charge and without question.
