Well Customer Service , Good delivery arrangements and products looks nice

Initially I was contacted to confirm if I would like to proceed with my purchase, as there was going to be a slight delay with shipping : I received my order within the time frame given & received text confirming delivery date & a further text the day before confirming the delivery time slot of 6-6.30am. They arrived at 6am on the dot & were very chirpy chaps.. I absolutely love my sideboard & it was definitely worth the wait. It is exactly how I expected. A Very solid, sturdy piece of furniture.

Amazing delivery service as me and my husband work weekdays, they managed to deliver on the weekend. Our new fire place was well packed and we love it.

Fast responses for enquiries, product came on time, and delivery drivers were able to put my package in a safe place for me. Overall great experience.
