Our towels are crafted from high-quality Egyptian cotton and designed to offer long-lasting softness and absorbency, but we know that luxury can feel different from person to person. Sometimes towels also reach their full softness after a couple of washes, as the fibres naturally open up, though of course, they should still feel special from the start. We’d like to clarify the timeline and our position. Your order was delivered in June 2025, and the concerns were raised more than seven months later. The issues reported after this length of time are assessed as consistent with normal wear and tear rather than an inherent manufacturing fault.

Pilling or bobbling can occur over time depending on factors such as use, washing frequency, detergents, and contact with other fabrics. While we appreciate your comparison with other retailers, wear can vary between households and usage conditions.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we were unable to identify a manufacturing defect, which is why a refund could not be offered in line with our returns policy.

We understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and regret the frustration this has caused. We always aim to be fair, transparent, and consistent in applying our policies, and we’re sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down.
