Can't return! No guarantee!
I purchased a set of pink sheets for my daughter after reading all the reviews and seeing the easy returns and month trial.. This couldn't be further from the truth.. False advertising.. I opened the sheets and put them on my daughter's bed to see if she liked the colour and quality. The quality was nice but a bit too shiny and the colour too pink with the rest of her room.. So I folded them back up as best I could and returned them.. But the return wasn't accepted! They said the sheets weren't in pristine condition as I couldn't put them back and fold them exactly as they were.. And what about the 30day guarantee anyway.. And I had to pay for shipping..
The company sent them back to me but I'm so disappointed because if you guarantee satisfaction you need to deliver upon it..

We would like to clarify that when your return was received and inspected by our warehouse team, the bedding was found not to be in a condition that met the requirements of our return policy. There was clear physical evidence that the sheets had been used, and we provided photographs to demonstrate this at the time.
Had the bedding been returned unused and in its original condition, we would have been delighted to process the return for you without issue. Our decision was based entirely on the condition of the items upon receipt and was made in accordance with the terms of our trial and returns policy.
We completely understand that colour can be difficult to assess online and appreciate that the shade was not quite what you had expected for your daughter’s room. While we regret that we were unable to accept this particular return, we hope you can appreciate that our policies are applied consistently and fairly to all customers.

Luxury towels - highly recommend
I've got a set of towels and face cloths, they are so soft even after washing. They all feel like a luxury hotel towels. They will be my go to again when i need more or to replace some of our old towels.

Egyptian cotton 500 count bedding
We have the Egyptian cotton 500 count bedding and it is absolutely the best we have ever had. It looks fabulous, gives off that luxury hotel vibe and it feels gorgeous to the touch. Both myself and my husband have said what a great nights sleep we have had. It also washed and ironed really well.

Poor quality
All four face cloths I purchased literally fell apart after after six wash cycles. They are in shreds in less than 3 months. So far the towels appear to be holding up, But given the experience with the face cloths, I now doubt their longevity.

Yodel is the problem
I have no problem with the towels, but Hampton and Astley chose to send my order via Yodel. They did not deliver on the day they said they would, and when I enquired the next morning Yodel said they had already delivered the parcel, which they had not. They eventually arrived a day late.

Gorgeous candle! I ordered the Bergamot, Rose and Lavender candle and it’s absolutely lovely. The scent fills the room before the candle has even been lit! I love that it’s made from natural wax so you know that you’re not breathing in any nasty chemicals. Delivery was really quick too!
