Order had been delayed, so i emailed to enquire.
Outlook postmaster says delivery failed, clearly a fake/incorrect email address given on their "contact us" link.
Judging by all the other reviews being negative (despite the one positive review which looks sketch), I think it's safe to say these guys are scammers.
It looks like they continuously make a brand and sell a little, then steal people's money and start over with a new brand name.

I've placed an order for a abayah since April 2021 and now it's October still not been delivered

Very bad customer service. Called and texted many times as one of the abaya didn’t come. She ignored me and declined my calls.

They are a scam! Ordered from them, never received my product. Not only that, they disabled comments on all their social media, their sit doesn’t work, they don’t reply to emails or any messages. Will be disputing this transaction through my credit card.

5 month not received my 3 abayas.
No response from seller.
Bank refunded my credit card within 7 days.
Pulled from seller’s account.

I had ordered 3 abayas totalling £200 in March 2021, I asked how long the abayas would take to arrive I was told 3-4 weeks. It is now July and haven’t received any responses to emails so I have reported to the bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They take your hard earned money and don’t even have a conscience that we’re here trying to buy modest clothing . Shame on them

Horrible company!! They steal your money and never provide you with the product you pay for. They lied to my bank as well regarding my order that I never received.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! terrible company and I bet they know it that's why it's impossible to contact them.
ordered an abaya for my sister for Eid and it never arrived. No communication or anything from this company.

Cheap overpriced items. Horrible company to work with, they don't reply to emails or texts and they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS just exchanges which is illegal for a UK online business!!! as a customer you have the right to return items you have not seen in person within 14 days. Their website says you can return items within 7 days, but they dont reply to emails making that impossible. in the fine print it says items returned can ONLY BE EXCHANGED NOT REFUNDED. scam!!

This was once a legit company who now appear to be scammers.
Bought an abaya 3 weeks before Eid hoping it would arrive by then. I tried calling them via the facebook number and left many emails but they do not respond. It appears on company house the company HANA COLLECTION LTD was dissolved in 11 April 2017 then they started the company HANA'S COLLECTION LTD back again in 12 August 2020. So something dodgy is going on.
I would advice everyone who paid to dispute the payment with your bank saying you have not received the item and the company are not communicating and may now be dissolved.

Company has either liquidated or are commiting fraud. Take down website promptly

I placed an order a month ago 2 abayas, I have been emailing, written text messages or even call them on their fake number the reason I said so because of never answer to your calls neither to bother to reply to your emails or text messages.
I will report them to my bank.
They are really quick on taking people's money and never send your items.
Very disappointed.

I placed an order of abayas 2 weeks before the start of Ramadan hoping to wear them during the holy month... It is almost the end of Ramadan now, and my order still hasn’t arrived. The website has no contact number to make an enquiry and the email address bounced back.

So disappointed. I have been waiting for months and i never got my abaya! I tried emailing them and i never got my response. So shocked about how many people had the same experience, wish i had seen these reviews sooner.

The complete lack of communication make this company the worst I've ever bought from. No response after emailing to ask about the dispatch update, no dispatch notification, however, they respond if you mention a refund. Unsure whether they actually sell products, feels more like a scam company.

This is a fraud company do not buy form them they will steal your money and not give you items avoid at all costs save you money

I ordered from them an abaya in June 2019 & it came on time with no problems. Now, it seems that 2020 took a turn for them as I ordered Aug 2020 and never received my dress! I went to check their Instagram and SO many people on their comments had the same issue and were asking for their orders, I knew then I was scammed since they NEVER replied to any emails or comments. Soon after they disabled commenting on any posts lol, such a classy way to deal with fraud.

They now have the audacity to post TikToks and lie to more people. After commenting on their videos to warn other girls I got blocked. In sum, don't buy from them, go to abayabuth,modanisa or aaliyah collection.

They too quick to take your money, no communication whatsoever, emailed, phones, they always online on Instagram but too busy to reply to my messages! Ver poor business, waiting to receive my purchase I ordered February 2021! Never Again Inshallah!
