This website is a scam. Do NOT buy anything from them. I bought over £100 worth of outfits from them and I never received them. They took my money, ignored all my messages calls DMs and emails. I will be escalating this and claiming under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. I suggest you all do the same if you’ve been scammed! Or to avoid this, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I wouldnt inconvenience myself ordering from here if that is the case. A friend is still waiting for even a response for an order they made around 3 months ago. Their money is gone and no way to contact.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND THEY ARE NOT REPLYING TO ANY EMAILS.

I purchased an Amelia Abaya at £69.99 thinking I'd get what I paid for.

Buttons weren't even stitched on properly/professionally. The fabric wasn't all that.

Communication was terrible. It is worth no more than £29.99.

I reviewed their website but they didn't publish it, surprise, surprise.

I award this company zero stars and at least trust, 'Trust Pilot' to publish the truth and make others aware of their shoddy workmanship!!

I never write reviews but I feel like I need to for this one. I ordered a skirt from them a few weeks ago and I have continuously messaged them on almost all social media platforms, yet there is no response - not even an update on my order! How are you going to charge for delivery and not deliver my item on time??? Shocking customer service, I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism before. Would highly recommend not to order from them!

My sister ordered me a personalised necklace from here as a gift for my birthday, ...it’s been 2 years now and we tried contacting them continuously the for a whole year and they do not reply. Absolutely shambolic, never have I ever received such TERRIBLE customer service. They took my sister’s money and when we asked for it back they just read and ignore the messages, absolutely disgusting, robbing people like it’s a joke. Terrible company with no care for customers. It’s bad enough not delivering what somebody ordered, BUT NOT GIVING A REFUND, that’s immoral and unjustifiable.

Ordered an abaya in May, which was meant to arrive in 7 days. Still haven’t received it. Impossible to get a reply from them. Stay away and don’t buy from them.

Ordered twice from here 1st time I was nervous because I read all these reviews and it took over a month for my abaya to arrive but it does say on their site it sometimes will take 5-6 weeks so sisters patience is key here, second order also took 4 weeks or 5 weeks I think but each time I received my abaya they were beautiful and worth the wait! I will most likely continue to buy from them.

absolutely shocking service, i have been enquiring about personalised necklace for the last few days, it hasnt arrived in the post despite being ordered on the 26th of march, without any response, yet Hanaa collection can update their instagram story, not impressed at all. I will be contacting trading standards

WORST customer service EVER!!!!!
They won’t send you anything unless you keep on emailing them 100 times !!!!!! Then they finally send it 3 months later !!!!!
I got a necklaces for my sisters birthday that was December, and I received it only today (11th March)
Also, the same thing happened to my friend, so DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I made a large order of abayas, which took 20 days to arrive. I did worry if it was a scam at one point because I had received no emails back when I queried the delay. However, apart from the lack of communication - I received my full order, excellent quality, exact sizes and just overall great abayas.
It is worth the wait, just wish there was better communication. I never did mind waiting, as long as I was reassured of the progress of my order on a regular basis.

Poor customer service!
They take the money and disappear!
A month gone since i placed my order and nothing arrived!
No answer on either email, calls or facebook posts!
Please refund my money back or I may have to take a legal action!

Honestly the customer service for this company is non existent. Don't order from here. I have been waiting over a month like many and my order has still not arrived. They use fake contact numbers and don't reply back by email, Instagram Facebook. Feels like they've disappeared with everyone's money. I will have to open a dispute with my bank. They don't care about their customers DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

awaiting a guranteed purchase dated 14th of June. iv been blocked so can't make any communications with them, no order received and no refund.
tried to communicate through other channels completetly ignored.contact numbers are also fake. have ordered before and had the same service did get items in the end but as this was guranteed I believed them naively. half my order was sent which was dated 15th as special delicery altho I was promised it on the 14th. Still awaiting the other item it's been over 8 weeks.

It has been a month and my order still hasnt arrived yet...and i am getting no reply back from anywhere..ive messaged them on instagram facebook via email and via there fake telephone numbers but still no reply getting worried dont know what to do!!

Ordered a few abaya from this website as the abayas looked decent in the pictures and they were highly priced so I assumed they would be good quality.

it says on website will be dispatched after 7 days.
I did not get any updates on my order until 1 month after my order was placed.

no reply to emails, phone calls etc no communication at all.

I searched them on Facebook realised some other people had complained about their service too.

I called up my bank to request a refund and report them.

They finally sent my order after 1 month and 7 days.

I received the items and I was so upset.

really thin and cheap quality.

not worth the price at all !

sent items back and had to pay for delivery charges myself.

overall very disappointed !
