Very good costumer service
Unfortunately, I didn't receive the merchandise due to issues with the carrier, but the costumer service is awesome and handled everything professionally. Their response was quick and helpful and a refund was issued without any problems. I'm sure their handbag organizers are of good quality too.

Beautifully Well-Made Handbag Liner
Today I just received a beautiful handbag liner in Hot Magenta for my new Louis Vuitton Graceful PM. The color match of the liner to the interior is perfect. Handbag Angels were wonderful when I had questions regarding how close their color would match the bag. Also, the quality of the liner is outstanding. I received my order for Mini Anjou bag…
I received my order for Mini Anjou bag insert which I purchased as a gift for my sister and I am blown away by the quality of the insert. My order only took a few days to arrive and was beautifully packaged with tissue paper and ribbon. My sister was over the moon with her insert gift and fits her bag perfectly ! I will definitely be ordering more inserts for my other bags and recommending to friends for their bags too Thankyou ! Xx

Longchamp pouch insert and conversion kit
I received my bag insert and conversion kit yesterday for the Longchamp pouch. I am blown away by the quality of both the insert and strap. My order only took a few days to arrive and was beautifully packaged. I will certainly be ordering more inserts for other bags xx

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever , no refund when actually they listed my bag under the same name on their website twice one on page 1 and then again the same bag on page 9 ( not mentioning that one of them is the old model ) . Absolutely disgusting behaviour! Horrible service! Wouldn’t recommend!
