We have emailed you to let you know that your order was dispatched on 19th December 2022 when your order was placed. After investigating with the courier, it seems no one was available at the address to sign for the delivery and therefore the parcel was taken to a pick up location.

My order of two SOSS 204 hinges
My order of two SOSS 204 hinges in a brass finish arrived with a stainless/nickel finish instead. A call to Notcutts resulted in two brass hinges arriving the next day, excellent service. However neither set came with the SOSS 204 paper template which would aid installation considerably. I would appreciate a template by post ASAP.
Subsequent to my initial review, there has been excellent customer service from Handle Hardware who have sent me the necessary template.
