Good online experience but took longer than advised to arrive
Product ordered on 21st March with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days. Online purchase experience fine, however the items were only delivered on 1st April and there was no notification to advise there would be a longer than expected delay. In fairness I didn't chase the items, and they arrived the day I had planned to contact Handles4U to ask for an update. I suggest it would be good customer service to pro-actively email customers to advise of delays. Thanks
