I placed my order, paid and now my downloads are gone because you seemed to have closed up. I’d like a refund for the two I ordered

10 year old is really enjoying the dolphins and whales lapbook!

I have emailed at least three times and have not heard back. I paid for the Marsupial Lapbook several days ago and have yet to receive my download link. I am so disappointed and will not purchase again.

I never received any download or physical copy of the purchase I made.

I did not receive the most current version of the product that was represented in the sample. I emailed my inquiry about how to fix this. It's been over a week and I haven't heard back yet.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I have completed the payment through PayPal and still have not received my downloads. Emailing this company did not clarifying things and I was not assisted. I had to put in a third party complaint with PayPal. Terrible communication, a poor customer experience at best. Save your money and deal with a company that will respect you a consumer.

I responded swiftly to your email with a screen shot of the PayPal information where I did complete the payment. This occurred before I sent you an email explaining there were 2 orders and one of them already had a completed payment. So I didn’t take you up on anything, the payment was made PRIOR to contacting you the first time. You didn’t take the time to VERIFY and you didn’t respond to my reply’s at all. I also checked my spam I see no reply from you.

I replied with 3 emails, a negative survey and the person who referred me also posted on your Facebook page. Yet you say I did not respond.

Disgusting business practices to ignore your customers then not take responsibility for your actions. In a world with so much uncertainty, integrity is everything and I will not be returning to this site for future needs.

I never received the item I purchased. I have emailed several times and have reported this as an issue with paypal. I need a refund for what I purchased since they don't plan to actually send it. This is a scam!

The Middle Ages Unit Study
We were looking for a good unit study on medieval times and found it. The curriculum was easily accessible, easy to teach and very interesting for the kids. We have a 3rd grader and a 6th grader. It was very easy to adjust for both grades. There was flexibility in the lesson plans to be able to add additional information that the kids were interested in. Overall I would definitely give this unit study an A+. I will be purchasing other unit studies in the future.

I have been using Hands of a Child lapbooks for many years! They are always a huge hit with my students.

We always enjoy your products. The information is accurate (although sometimes requires a little updating) and the crafting nature of the lapbooks really suits my creative children. They remember so well when they can be creative while learning.

I never received my link or curriculum I paid for and couldn't get an answer or email response.

After having some technical difficulties, this company made it right. I’m excited to try this curriculum.

I paid for it but never received it. Is there a way to access it.

I purchased my packets for my child's homeschool curriculum to supplement something that is easier for her to understand vs. what I bought from a different company. So far, it has been easy for her to use and understand and she likes having hands on work to do. Thank you so much!

I love the layout of the curriculum and the ease of use. I also love how how much fun my child has using this layout.

the products are amazing but your website crashes all of the time, and takes twice as long to put orders through.

Only problem as trying to work out which pack to purchase. I didn't find that clear. But the email help support I got was quick and effective and sorted out my confusion.
