Arbitrary return policy and completely misleading sizing
Three items, all ~82 EUR. The 3for2 promotion randomly designated one as the "free item." Now they won't refund that item. When I pointed out that all items were identically priced - so the selection was arbitrary - the response was that the system just picks one.
The alternative: return a different item, void the promotion, get ~9 EUR back on a ~173 EUR order.
On sizing: the product model is 188 cm and wore size L. I'm 190 cm and ordered M. Upon arrival I needed a size S. Two sizes off from what their own imagery suggests.
Both issues are fixable problems. Neither has been addressed.

Received the wrong item while the package was see through. Website is easy and clear with the returning options. The customer service is very fast and friendly but are not very quick concerning the problem with the free shipping of the package.

I rarely write reviews, but Hang Eleven and especially Jess deserve one.
My order initially arrived with a noticeable colour difference between the T-shirt and shorts, even though they were sold as a matching set. After contacting customer service, Jess was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She responded quickly, listened carefully, and genuinely tried to find solutions instead of hiding behind standard policies.
The issue turned out to be caused by different production batches being mixed in the warehouse. Although a replacement improved the situation, there was still a visible colour difference in daylight. When I shared this feedback, Jess once again handled it professionally and offered a very fair goodwill solution.
In addition, she helped me with stock availability, an exchange, and even applied a promotion retroactively as a gesture of goodwill.
No company is perfect, and sometimes things go wrong. What matters is how they deal with it afterwards. In this case, Hang Eleven showed excellent customer service and a real willingness to help their customers.
A special thank you to Jess for her patience, friendliness and dedication throughout the entire process.
