Scam webshop or very, very bad service?

I bought a hammock at hangmattaland.se
I did not receive my order nor any reply on my emails.
Currently even the site is down and not available any more since 25th of December 2016. I have also emailed the Danish equivalent webshop hangekojeland.dk with no reply.

It seems its a Dutch company running these business.
All of them have the same look and content:

I recommend not to make any purchase at above webshops. No phone number to call, no reply on email.
