It's a scam
It's a scam, and I'm not just saying that how disappointed customers do, it's literally a scam. It's not a designer in NL, that lady doesn't exist, they just ship things from Temu (found my purchase there,exactly the same just 8 times cheaper and noy lying about the materiel). So instead of getting a quality cashmere scarf from a local designer in the Netherlands within a week and on time for Christmas, I received it from China (says so on the package), almost 4 weeks after purchase, and it is most definitely not cashmere, the material looks like it'll melt from a little rain. No one answered any of my messages, I'm not even going to try to return or get refunded, I can already see it not happening, so I guess lesson learned. The only time I didn't check the reviews or anything, and it's this. Please be careful people and don't let these scammers make more money from you too.
